In a small bowl,add hot water,saffron and mix well,let it soak for 15-20 minutes.
In a wok,add & spread sugar and cook on very low flame until sugar is caramelized (14-15 minutes) and mix until sugar melts & turns brown.
Add tahini paste,saffron water & mix until well combined (2-3 minutes).
Grease silicon mat with cooking oil & transfer prepared mixture on it.
Sprinkle pistachios,press & spread gently with the help of rolling pin.
Let it set for 4-6 hours then break into pieces & serve!

Karahi mein cheeni dal ker pheela lein aur bohat halki ancch per cheeni caramelized hunay tak paka lein (14-15 minutes),cheeni melt aur brown ho janay tak mix ker lein.
Tahini paste aur saffron water dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein (2-3 minutes).
Silicon mat ko cooking oil sa grease karein aur tayyar mixture dal dein.
Pista dal dein aur rolling pin ki madad sa press ker ka gently spread ker lein.
4-6 hours set hunay kliya chor dein phir pieces mein break ker lein & serve karein!
