Ingredients:
-Chicken pieces 500g
-Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste
-Lehsan powder (Garlic powder) 1 tsp
-Kacha papita (Raw papaya) paste 1 tbs
-Lemon juice 2 tbs
-Zeera powder (Cumin powder) 1 tsp
-Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed1 tsp
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ½ tsp
-Garam masala powder ½ tsp
-Safed mirch powder (White pepper powder) 1 tsp
-Dhania powder (Coriander powder) 1 tsp
-Hari mirch (Green chilli) paste 1 tbs
-Kasuri methi (Dried fenugreek leaves) 1 tsp
-Dahi (Yogurt) whisked ½ cup
-Olper’s cream ¾ Cup
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped handful
-Cooking oil
-Cooking oil 1 tsp
-Koyla (Charcoal) for smoke
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped
Directions:
-Make deep cuts on chicken pieces.
-In a bowl,add chicken,salt,garlic powder,raw papaya paste,lemon juice & mix well,cover & marinate for 1 hour.
-Add cumin powder,red chilli crushed,black pepper powder,garam masala powder,white pepper powder,coriander powder,green chilli paste,dried fenugreek leaves,yogurt,cream,fresh coriander leaves & mix well,cover & marinate for 2 hours.
-Place marinated chicken pieces in an air fryer basket,apply cooking oil & reserve remaining marinade for later use.
-Air fry in preheated air fryer at 180C for 10-12 minutes,turn sides & apply oil in between,continue air frying for 8-10 minutes.
-Take out chicken pieces from air fryer & reserve for later use.
-Place prepared aluminum foil dish in an air fryer basket & add reserved marinade.
-Now place air fried chicken pieces,apply reserved marinade & add cooking oil.
-Air fry in preheated air fryer at 180C for 6-8 minutes.
-Give coal smoke for 2 minutes.
-Garnish with fresh coriander & serve with naan!

-Bowl mein chicken,namak,lehsan powder,kacha papita paste aur lemon juice dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur dhak ker 1 hour kliya marinate ker lein.
-Zeera powder,lal mirch crushed,kali mirch powder,garam masala powder,safed mirch powder, dhania powder,hari mirch paste,kasuri methi,dahi,cream aur hara dhania dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur dhak ker 2 hours kliya marinate ker lein.
-Marinated chicken pieces ko air fryer basket mein rakh dein,cooking oil laga lein aur remaining marinade ko bad mein use kernay kliys side per rakh dein.
-Air fryer basket mein 180C per 10-12 minutes kliya air fry ker lein,sides ko turn ker lein aur bech bech mein olive oil laga lein & mazeed 8-10 minutes kliya air fry ker lein.
-Chicken pieces ko nikal lein aur bad mein use kernay kliya side per rakh dein.
-Aluminum foil ki dish ko air fryer basket mein rakh dein aur reserved marinade dal dein.
-Ab air fried chicken pieces rakh dein aur reserved marinade laga lein & cooking oil dein.
-Preheated air fryer mein 180C per 6-8 minutes kliya air fry ker lein.
-2 minutes kliya koyla ka dhuwan dein.
-Hara dhania sa garnish ker lein & naan ka saath serve karein!
