In a bowl,add yogurt,tandoori masala,ginger garlic paste & whisk well.
Add beef mince and mix well,cover & marinate for 15-20 minutes.
On a griddle,place tomatoes and water,cover & cook on medium flame for 3-4 minutes.
Chop tomatoes with the help of spoon then remove its skin.
Now chop well tomatoes then move to the one side of griddle.
Add cooking oil,mix well with tomatoes & cook on low flame for 2-3 minutes.
Add salt,coriander powder,red chilli powder,cumin powder,garam masala powder & mix well.
Add water,mix well & cook for 1-2 minutes.
Add marinated mince,mix well & cook on medium flame for 8-10 minutes,cover & cook on low flame for 8-10 minutes then cook on high flame until oil separates.
Add fresh coriander,lemon juice & mix well.
Add onion rings and give coal smoke for 2-3 minutes.
Garnish with fresh coriander,lemon slices & serve with naan!

Spoon ki madad sa tamatar ko chop ker lein phir skin ko nikal lein.
Ab tamatar ko ache tarhan chop ker lein aur tawa ki ek side per rakh dein.
Cooking oil dal dein aur tamatar ka saath ache tarhan mix ker lein aur halki ancch per 2-3 minutes kliya paka lein.
Namak,dhania powder,lal mirch powder,zeera powder aur garam masala powder dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Pani dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 1-2 minutes kliya paka lein.
Marinated qeema dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur darmiyani ancch per 8-10 minutes kliya paka lein aur dhak ker halki ancch per 8-10 minutes kliya paka lein phir tez ancch per oil alag ho janay tak paka lein.
Hara dhania aur lemon juice dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Pyaz rings rakh dein aur 2-3 minutes kliya koyla ka dhuwan dein.
Hara dhania aur lemon slices sa garnish ker lein aur naan ka saath serve karein!
