Ingredients:

-Aloo (Potatoes) 800g

-Himalayan pink salt to taste

-Cooking oil for frying

-Hara pyaz (Spring onion) 1 stem

-Thai red chillies 2

-Hari mirch (Green chilli) 1

-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) handful

-Lehsan (Garlic) 2-3 cloves

-Himalayan pink salt ½ tsp or to taste

-Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed 1 tsp

-Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed ½ tsp

-Soy sauce 1 tsp

-Lemon juice 1 tsp

-Cooking oil 3 tbs

 

Directions:

-Peel potatoes & cut in wedges,sprinkle pink salt & mix well.

-In a wok,heat cooking oil,fry potatoes until golden & set aside.

-Chop spring onion,thai red chillies,green chilli,fresh coriander & garlic.

-In a bowl,add all chopped vegetables,pink salt,red chilli crushed,black pepper crushed,soy sauce,lemon juice & mix well.

-In small frying pan,add cooking oil & heat it.

-Add hot cooking oil in the bowl & mix well.

-In a bowl,add fried potatoes & coat well.

-Serve with sauce or dip!
