Ingredients:
Chinese Red Chili Paste:
- Lehsan (Garlic) cloves 1/2 Cup
- Lal mirch powder (Red chili powder) ½ Cup
- Tomato ketchup 4 tbs
- Safed mirch powder (White pepper powder) 1 pinch
- Namak (Salt) 1 pinch
- Pani (Water) ½ Cup or as required
- Oil 1 Cup
Sizzling Manchurian:
- Chicken boneless cubes 250 gms
- Corn flour 1 tbs
- Anda (Egg) beaten ½
- Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
- Safed mirch powder (White pepper powder) 1 pinch
- Cooking oil for frying
- Cooking oil 2 tbs
- Lehsan (Garlic) chopped 1 tsp
- Tomato ketchup 4 tbs
- Lemon juice 1 tbs
- Sirka (Vinegar) 1 & ½ tbs
- Cheeni (Sugar) 1 tbs
- Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste
- Safed mirch powder (White pepper powder) ¼ tsp
- Chicken powder ½ tsp
- Prepared chinese red chili pasta 2 tbs or to taste
- Pyaz (Onion) cubes ½ Cup
- Gajar (Carrot) slices ¼ Cup
- Shimla mirch (Capsicum) cubes ½ Cup
- Adrak (Ginger) julienne 1 tbs
- Tamatar (Tomato) cubes ½ Cup
- Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped 1 tbs
- Pani (Water) ½ Cup or as required
- Corn flour 1 tbs
- Pani (Water) 1-2 tbs
- Makhan (Butter)
Directions:
For Chinese Red Chili Paste:
In chopper,add garlic,chop well & set aside.
In bowl,add red chili powder,tomato ketchup,white pepper powder,salt and water,mix well & set aside.
In wok,add oil,chopped garlic and fry until golden brown.
Now add prepared red chili paste,mix well and cook until oil separates (3-4 minutes) & set aside.
Can be store in air tight container for up to 1 month on shelf.
For Sizzling Manchurian:
In bowl,add chicken boneless cubes,corn flour,egg,salt,white pepper powder and mix well.
In wok,heat cooking oil and fry chicken until light golden & set aside.
In wok,add cooking oil,garlic and mix well.
Add fried chicken cubes and mix well.
Add tomato ketchup,lemon juice and mix well.
Add vinegar,sugar,salt,white pepper powder,chicken powder and mix well.
Add 2 tbs of prepared chinese red chili paste and mix well.
Add onion,carrot,capsicum,ginger,tomato,fresh coriander and mix well.
Add water and mix well.
In water,add corn flour and mix well.
Gradually add dissolve corn flour and cook until sauce thickens.
On sizzling plate,add butter and let it melt,add chicken manchurian and serve with fried rice.

Chopper mein lehsan dal ker ache tarhan chop ker lein & side per rakh dein.
Bowl mein lal mirch powder,tomato ketchup,safed mirch powder,namak aur pani dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein & side per rakh dein.
Karhai mein oil aur chopped lehsan dal dein aur golden brown hunay tak fry ker lein.
Ab tayyar red chili paste dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur oil alag hunay tak paka lein (3-4 minutes) & side per rakh dein.
Air tight container mein dal ker 1 month tak store ker saktay han (on shelf).

Sirka,cheeni,namak,safed mirch powder aur chicken powder dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
2 tbs tayyar chinese red chili paste dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Pyaz,gajar,shimla mirch,adrak,tamatar aur hara dhania dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
Pani shamil karein aur ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Pani mein corn flour dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
Thora thora ker ka dissolve corn flour shamil kertay jayein aur sauce garha hunay tak paka lein.
Sizzling plate mein makhan dal ker melt karein,chicken manchurian dal dein aur fried rice ka saath serve karein.
