Pound beef steak pieces with steak/kitchen hammer & set aside.
In bowl,add rosemary,onion powder,black pepper crushed,salt,garlic powder,paprika powder,dried thyme,olive oil and mix well.
Add beef steak pieces,mix well & rub evenly.
In grill pan,add olive oil and place season steak pieces and grill from both sides until done (approx. 4-5 minutes each side).
In frying pan,add olive oil,onion and mix well.
Add fresh parsley,sugar,mix well and cook on low flame until caramelized (approx. 8-10 minutes) & set aside.
In bowl,add mayonnaise,tomato ketchup,mustard paste,garlic powder and black pepper crushed,mix well & set aside.
Cut bread from the center into two halves.
On griddle,add butter,let it melt and toast bread slices.
Cut beef steak pieces into slices.
On bread slice,spread prepared sauce,lettuce leaves,caramelized onion,beef steak pieces,cheddar cheese,mozzarella cheese and burnt with blow torch.
Top with another slice & serve!

Grill pan mein olive oil aur season steak pieces rakh dein aur dono sides sa grill ker lein (approx. 4-5 minutes each side).
Frying pan mein olive oil aur pyaz dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
Fresh parsley aur cheeni dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur halki ancch per caramelized hunay tak paka lein (apprx 8-10 minutes) & side per rakh dein.
Bowl mein mayonnaise,tomato ketchup,mustard paste,lehsan paste aur kali mirch crushed dal ker ache tarhan mix karein & side per rakh dein.
Bread ko bech mein sa do hisson mein cut ker lein.
Tawa per makhan dal ker melt karein aur bread slices ko toast ker lein.
Beef steak pieces ko slices mein cut ker lein.
Bread slices per tayyar sauce,lettuce leaves,caramelized onion,beef steak pieces,cheddar cheese aur mozzarella cheese dal dein aur blow torch sa burn ker lein.
Top slice rakh ker serve karein.
