Ingredients:
Prepare Sheer Khurma:
- Doodh (Milk) 1 litre
- Dry milk powder 2 tbs
- Mehran Sheer Khurma mix 1 pack (160g)
- Plain biscuits 9-10
Prepare Date Mousse Disc:
- Khajoor (Dates) deseeded 250-300g
- Ghee 1 & ½ tbs
- Badam (Almonds) coarsely chopped ¼ Cup
- Pista (Pistachios) coarsely chopped ¼ Cup
- Kaju (Cashew nuts) coarsely chopped ¼ Cup
- Chandi warq (Edible Silver leaf)
- Pista (Pistachios) sliced
Directions:
Prepare Sheer Khurma:
In a wok,add milk,milk powder,mix well & bring it to boil.
Add sheer khurma mix,mix well & cook on low flame until it thickens (10-12 minutes) & keep mixing in between.
Let it cool completely.
In a zip lock bag,add plain biscuits,crush finely with the help of rolling pin & set aside.
Prepare Date Mousse Disc:
In a chopper,add deseeded dates,chop coarsely & set aside.
In a frying pan,add ghee and let it melt.
Add coarsely chopped dates,mix well & cook for 1-2 minutes.
Add almonds,pistachios,cashew nuts & mix well.
Now add finely crushed biscuits,mix well & cook on low flame for 2 minutes.
Let it cool.
Transfer dates & nuts mixture on clean working surface,place cling wrap & roll out gently with the help of rolling pin.
Cut circles with the help of a glass or cutter (makes 6-7).
In a serving glass,add prepared sheer khurma then carefully place prepared date mousse disc over it.
Garnish with edible silver leaf & pistachios.
Refrigerate until chilled & serve!

Karahi mein doodh aur dry milk powder dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur ubal anay dein.
Sheer khurma mix dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur halki ancch per garha ho janay tak paka lein (10-12 minutes) aur bech bech mein mixing kertay rahein.
Thanda ker lein.
Zip lock bag mein plain biscuits dal ker rolling pin ki madad sa finely crush ker lein & side per rakh dein.
Prepare Date Mousse Disc:
Chopper mein deseeded khajoor dal ker coarsely chop ker lein & side per rakh dein.
Frying pan mein ghee dal ker melt ker lein.
Coarsely chopped khajoor dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 1-2 minutes kliya paka lein.
Badam,pista aur kaju dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Ab finely crushed biscuits dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur halki ancch per 2 minute kliya paka lein.
Thanda ker lein.
Khajoore & nuts mixture ko clean working surface per dal dein aur cling film laga ker rolling pin ki madad sa bail lein.
Glass or cutter ki madad sa circles mein cut ker lein (makes 6-7).
Serving glass mein tayyar sheer khurma dal ker upper sa date mousse disc rakh dein.
Chandi warq aur pista sa garnish ker lein.
Refrigerator mein thanda ker ka serve karein!
