Ingredients:
Prepare Shawarma Filling:
- Dahi (Yogurt) thick 3 tbs
- Lehsan paste (Garlic paste) 2 tbs
- Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) ½ tbs or to taste
- Zeera powder (Cumin powder) 1 tsp
- Dhania powder (Coriander powder) 1 tsp
- Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste
- Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ½ tsp
- Allspice powder ¼ tsp
- Darchini powder (Cinnamon powder) ¼ tsp
- Olive oil 2 tbs
- Lemon juice 2 tbs
- Chicken boneless cut in strips 500g
- Cooking oil 1-2 tbs
Prepare Tahini Mayo Sauce:
- Dahi (Yogurt) thick ½ Cup
- Tahini paste 2 tbs
- Mayonnaise ¼ Cup
- Paprika powder ½ tsp
- Lehsan powder (Garlic powder) ½ tsp
- Namak (Salt) ¼ tsp or to taste
- Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped 2 tbs
Prepare Crepes:
- Pakola Full Cream Milk 1 Cup
- Water ½ Cup
- Anday (Eggs) 3
- Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste
- Maida (All-purpose flour) sifted 1 & ½ Cup
- Cooking oil 2-3 tbs
- Band gobhi (Cabbage) shredded
- Kheera (Cucumber) deseeded & julienne
- Tamatar (Tomato) deseeded & julienne
- Shimla mirch (Capsicum) julienne
Directions:
Prepare Shawarma Filling:
In a bowl,add yogurt,garlic paste,red chilli powder,cumin powder,coriander powder,salt,black pepper power,allspice powder,cinnamon powder,olive oil,lemon juice & mix well.
Add chicken & mix well,cover & marinate for 30 minutes.
On a frying pan,add cooking oil,marinated chicken & cook until tender & dries up (18-20 minutes).
Prepare Tahini Mayo Sauce:
In a bowl,add yogurt,tahini paste,mayonnaise,paprika powder,garlic powder,salt,fresh coriander & whisk well & refrigerate until use.
Prepare Crepes:
In a bowl,add milk,water,eggs,salt & whisk well.
Gradually add all-purpose flour & whisk well.
Add cooking oil & whisk well.
Grease 9” inch frying pan with cooking oil,add 1/3 cup of batter,spread evenly & cook on low flame from both sides until light golden.
Take out crepe on a clean surface,add cabbage,cucumber,tomatoes,capsicum,prepared tahini mayo sauce (1 tbs),prepared shawarma filling,fold all sides & roll it.
Grease grill pan with cooking oil & grill folded crepe from both sides until golden brown (1 minute each side) (makes 9-10).

Bowl mein dahi,lehsan paste,lal mirch powder,zeera powder,dhania powder,namak,kali mirch powder, allspice powder,darchini powder,olive oil aur lemon juice dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein.
Chicken dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur dhak ker 30 minutes kliya marinate ker lein.
Frying pan mein cooking oil aur marinated chicken dal dein,gul janay aur sukh janay tak paka lein (18-20 minutes).
Prepare Tahini Mayo Sauce:
Bowl mein dahi,tahini paste,mayonnaise,paprika powder,lehsan powder,namak aur hara dhania dal ker ache tarhan whisk karein & use kernay tak refrigerate ker lein.
Prepare Crepes:
Bowl mein doodh,pani,anday aur namak dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein.
Thora thora ker ka maida shamil karein aur ache tarhan whisk ker lein.
Cooking oil dal ker ache tarhan whisk karein.
9” inch frying pan ko cooking oil sa grease karein aur 1/3 cup batter dal ker evenly pheela lein aur halki ancch per dono sides sa light golden hunay tak paka lein.
Crepe ko clean workings surface per rakh dein,band gobhi,kheera,tamatar,shimla mirch,tayyar tahini mayo sauce (1 tbs) aur tayyar shawarma filling dal ker tamam sides sa fold ker lein.
Grill pan ko cooking oil sa grease karein aur folded crepes ko dono sides sa golden brown hunay tak grill ker lein (1 minute each side) (makes 9-10).
