In a wok,add milk,sugar,cardamom powder,mix well & bring it to boil and cook on medium flame milk is reduced to half (12-15 minutes).
In custard powder,add water and whisk well.
Now add dissolved custard in milk,whisk continuously and cook until custard is thick.
Let it cool while whisking in between to keep it smooth.
In a blender jug,add mangoes and blend to make puree & set aside.
In a bowl,add cream & beat until soft peaks form (8-10 minutes).
Now add prepared custard & beat well.
Add mango puree,kewra water,rose water,yellow food color & beat until well combined.
Add pistachios,almonds,khoya & fold gently with the help of the spatula.
In an ice cream mold,sprinkle pistachios,almonds and add prepared mangi kulfa ice cream mixture, cover with cling film and freeze for 8 hours or overnight.
Cut into slices,garnish with pistachio & serve!

Blender jug mein aam dal dein aur ache tarhan blend ker ka puree tayyar ker lein & side per rakh dein.
Bowl mein cream dal dein aur stiff peaks form hunay tak ache tarhan beat ker lein (8-10 minutes).
Ab tayyar custard dal ker ache tarhan beat ker lein.
Mango puree,kewra water,rose water aur yellow food color dal dein aur ache tarhan beat ker lein.
Pista,badam aur khoya dal ker spatula ki madad sa gently fold ker lein.
Ice cream mold mein pista,badam aur tayyar mango kulfa ice cream mixture dal dein aur cling film sa cover ker ka 8 hours ya overnight kliya freeze ker lein.
Slices mein cut karein aur pista sa garnish ker ka serve karein!
