Ingredients:
-Maida (All-purpose flour) 1 & ¼ Cup
-Himalayan pink salt 1 tsp or to taste
-Water ½ Cup or as required
-Cooking oil 1-2 tbs
-Pyaz (Onion) chopped 1 medium
-Boneless chicken strips 250g
-Lehsan paste (Garlic paste) 1 tsp
-Mushrooms sliced 1 Cup
-Himalayan pink salt ¼ tsp or to taste
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) 1 tsp
-Hot water 6-8 Cups
-Soy sauce 2 tbs
-Sirka (Vinegar) 1 tbs
-Dark soy sauce 1 tsp
-Chicken cube 1
-Hara pyaz (Green onion) leaves chopped ½ Cup
-Cornflour 2 tbs or as required
-Water 2 tbs or as required
-Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed
-Soy sauce ¼ tsp
-Til ka tel (Sesame oil) 1-2 drops
-Hara pyaz (Green onion) leaves chopped
Directions:
-In a bowl,add all-purpose flour,pink salt & mix well.
-Gradually add water & knead until dough is formed,cover in cling film & let it rest for 30 minutes.
-Wet hands with water & knead dough for 2-3 minutes,cover in cling film & let it rest for 15 minutes.
-In a pot,add cooking oil,onion & sauté until translucent.
-Add chicken,garlic paste & mix well until it changes color.
-Add mushrooms,pink salt,black peper powder & mix well.
-Add hot water & bring it to boil.
-Add soy sauce,vinegar,dark soy sauce,chicken cube,mix well & cook for 1-2 minutes.
-Knead dough again until smooth.
-Cut dough with the help of scissor & add in pot,mix gently & cook on low flame for 6-8 minutes.
-Add green onion leaves,cover & cook for 2-3 minutes.
-In cornflour,add water & mix well.
-Now add dissolved cornflour,mix well & cook until it thickens.
-In serving bowl,add red chilli crushed,soy sauce,sesame oil,soup,green onion leaves & serve!

-Thora thora ker ka pani shamil karein aur ghond ker dough tayyar ker leuin,cling film mein cover karein aur 30 minutes kliya chor dein.
-Haathon ko pan isa geela karein aur dough ko 2-3 minutes kliya knead ker lein,cling film mein cover karein aur 15 minutes kliya chor dein.
-Pot mein cooking oil aur pyaz dal dein aur translucent ho janay tak sauté ker lein.
-Chicken aur lehsan paste dal dein aur rang tabdeel ho janay tak ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Mushrooms,pink salt aur kali mirch powder dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Hot water dal dein aur ubal anay dein.
-Soy sauce,sirka,dark soy sauce & chicken cube dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 1-2 minutes kliya paka lein.
-Dough ko smooth ho janay tak dubara ghond lein.
-Dough ko scissor ki madad cut karein aur pot mein dal dein,gently mix karein aur halki ancch per 6-8 minutes kliya paka lein.
-Hara pyaz leaves dal ker dhak dein aur 2-3 minutes kliya paka lein.
-Cornflour mein pani dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
-Dissolved cornflour dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur garha ho janay tak paka lein.
-Serving bowl mein lal mirch crushed,soy sauce,til ka tel,soup aur hara pyaz leaves dal ker serve karein!
