Ingredients:
Prepare Aalo & Imli ki Khatti Chutney:
-Aalo (Potatoes) boiled 300g
-Imli pulp (Tamarind pulp) ¼ Cup
-Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste
-Maida (All-purpose flour) 2 tbs
-Ajwain (Carom seeds) 1/8 tsp
-Tatri (Citric acid) ¼ tsp
-Chicken powder 1 tbs
-Zarda ka rang (Orange food color) ¼ tsp
-Water 2 Cups
-Water 2 & ½ Cups
-Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed 2 tsp
-Sabut dhania (Coriander seeds) roasted & crushed 2 tsp
-Zeera (Cumin seeds) roasted & crushed ½ tbs
-Monsalwa Chicken Spring roll 700g (1 pack)
-Monsalwa Chicken samosa 480g (1 pack)
-Cooking oil for frying
Assembling:
-Tamatar (Tomatoes) deseeded & chopped
-Pyaz (Onion) chopped
-Kheera (Cucumber) deseeded & chopped
-Safed chanay (Chickpeas) boiled
-Chaat masala
-Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed
-Dahi (Yogurt) whisked
-Sev nimco
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped
Directions:
Prepare Aalo & Imli ki Khatti Chutney:
-In a blender jug,add potatoes,tamarind pulp,salt,all-purpose flour,carom seeds,citric acid,chicken powder,orange food color,water & blend well.
-Transfer to a wok,add water,red chilli crushed,coriander seeds,cumin seed & mix well,cook on medium flame until sauce thickens (8-10 minutes) & keep mixing in between.
-Let it cool completely.
-In a wok,heat cooking oil (150C) & fry Chicken spring rolls on medium flame until golden & crispy and set aside.

Assembling:
-On a tray,add & spread prepared aalo & imli ki khattichutney,add fried chicken spring rolls & fried chicken samosa,prepared aalo & imli ki khatti chutney,tomatoes,onion,cucumber,chickpeas,chaat masala,red chilli crushed,yogurt,sev nimco,fresh coriander & serve!

-Blender jug mein aalo,imli pulp,namak,maida,ajwain,tatri,chicken powder,zarda ka rang aur panid al ker ache tarhan blend ker lein.
-Karahi mein nikal lein,pani,lal mirch crushed,sabut dhania aur zeera dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein aur darmiyani ancch per sauce garha ho janay tak paka lein (8-10 minutes) & bech bech mein chamcha chalatay rahien.
-Thanda ker lein.
-Karahi mein cooking oil (150C) garam karein aur chicken spring rolls ko darmiyani ancch per golden & crispy ho janay tak fry ker lein & side per rakh dein.
-Karahi mein cooking oil (150C) garam karein aur chicken samosa ko darmiyani ancch per golden & crispy ho janay tak fry ker lein & side per rakh dein.
Assembling:
-Tray per tayyar aalo & imli ki khatti chutney dal ker pheela lein,fried chicken spring rolls & fried chicken samosa, tayyar aalo & imli ki khatti chutney,tamatar,pyaz,kheera,safed chanay,chaat masala,lal mirch crushed,dahi,nimco sev aur hara dhania dal ker serve karein!
