Ingredients:
Prepare Falooda Sawaiyan:
-Cornflour ½ Cup
-Sugar 1 & ½ tbs
-Water 1 & ½ Cup
-Ice chilled water
Prepare Quick Rabri:
-Olper’s Milk 2 & ½ Cups
-Olper’s Dairy Cream 150ml
-Condensed milk ½ Cup
-Elaichi powder (Cardamom powder) ¼ tsp
-Vanilla essence ¼ tsp
-Cornflour 2 tbs
-Olper’s Milk 3-4 tbs
Assembling:
-Tukhme balanga (Basil seeds) soaked in water for 15 minutes
-Lal sharbat
-Falooda sawaiyan
-Mixed nuts sliced
-Green jelly cubes
-Red jelly cubes
-Apple cubes
-Banana slices
-Grapes
-Pineapple chunks
-Prepared rabri
-Vanilla Ice crea
-Mixed nuts sliced
-Ashrafiyan (Tutti frutti)
Directions:
Prepare Falooda Sawaiyan:
-In saucepan,add cornflour,sugar,water and mix well.
-Turn on the flame,keep stirring until it becomes transparent,thick and glossy.
-Put the hot cornflour mixture in falooda machine,close the machine,press the hot cornflour mixture though machine into ice chilled water such that the strands of noodles are immersed completely in the cold water (use falooda machine or squeeze bottle).
-Let them rest in chilled water with ice cubes & rest it for 10-15 minutes in chilled water & set aside.
Prepare Quick Rabri:
-In a wok,add milk and bring it to boil & cook on medium flame for 2-3 minutes.
-Turn off the flame,add cream & whisk well.
-Turn on the flame,add condensed milk,cardamom powder,vanilla essence & mix well.
-In cornflour,add milk & whisk well.
-Add dissolved cornflour,mix well & cook until it thickens (4-5 minutes).
-Let it cool completely.
Assembling:
-In a serving glass,add soaked basil seeds,lal sharbat,prepared falooda sawaiyan,mixed nuts,green jelly,red jelly,apple,banana,grapes,pineapple,prepared rabri,vanilla ice-cream,garnish with mixed nuts,,tutti frutti & serve!

-Saucepan mein cornflour,cheeni aur pani dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Chulha on ker lein aur musalsal chamcha chalatay rahein yahan tak ka mixture transparent,garha aur glossy ho jaye.
-Hot cornflour mixture ko falooda machine mein dal ker machine ko close ker lein,machine ko press ker ka hot cornflour mixture ko thanday pani mein squeeze ker lein (use falooda machine or squeeze bottle).
-Noodles strands ko thanday pani mein 10-15 minutes kliya bheego dein & side per rakh dein.
Prepare Quick Rabri:
-Karahi mein doodh dal ker ubal lein aur darmiyani ancch per 2-3 minutes kliya paka lein.
-Chulha bund ker dein aur cream dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein.
-Chulha on karein,condensed milk,elaichi powder aur vanilla essence dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Cornflour mein doodh dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein.
-Dissolved cornflour dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur sauce garha ho janay tak paka lein (4-5 miuutes).
-Thanda ker lein.
-Assembling:
-Serving glass mein soaked tukhme Balanga,lal sharbat,tayyar falooda sawaiyan,mixed nuts,green jelly,red jelly,saib,banana,garpes,pineapple,tayyar rabri, aur vanilla ice-cream dal dein,mixed nuts aur tutti frutti sa garnish ker ka serve karein!
