Ingredients:
Prepare Seekh Kababs:
-Chicken qeema (Mince) 500g
-Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 tbs
-Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste
-Haldi powder (Turmeric powder) ½ tsp
-Zeera (Cumin seeds) roasted & crushed ½ tsp
-Garam masala powder ½ tsp
-Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed 1 tsp
-Sabut dhania (Coriander seeds) crushed ½ tsp
-Chana powder (Roasted gram powder) 2 tbs
-Pyaz (Onion) fried crushed 2 tbs
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped handful
-Cooking oil 1 tbs
-Cooking oil 2 tbs
Prepare Naan Dough:
-Maida (All-purpose flour) sifted 1 & ½ Cup
-Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
-Sugar powdered 1 tsp
-Baking powder ½ tsp
-Baking soda 1 tsp
-Lukewarm water ½ Cup or as required
-Cooking oil 1 tsp
Directions:
Prepare Seekh Kababs:
-In a bowl,add chicken mince,ginger garlic paste,salt,turmeric powder,cumin powder,garam masala powder,red chilli crushed,coriander seeds,roasted gram powder,fried onion,fresh coriander,cooking oil & mix well.
-Grease hand with oil,take a small quantity of mixture (100g) & skew on wooden skewers.
-On a griddle,heat cooking oil & fry chicken kababs on medium low flame from all sides until golden brown (makes 5).
Prepare Naan Dough:
-In a bowl,add all-purpose flour,salt,sugar powderd,baking powder,baking soda & mix well.
-Gradually add lukewarm water,mix well & knead until dough is formed,cover & let it rest for 1-2 hours.
-On a dough,add cooking oil & knead dough again until smooth.
-Take a small dough (70g),make a ball,grease with oil & roll out longitudinally with the help of rolling pin then cut rolled dough in two strips & wrap one strip around seekh kabab skewer carefully.
-Heat griddle & cook wrapped skewers on low flame from all sides until golden then fire roast on direct flame until its charred from all sides.
-Serve with raita or chutney!

-Haath ko oil sa grease karein,mixture ki small quantity (100g) lein aur wooden skewers per laga lein.
-Tawa per cooking oil garam karein & chicken kababs ko darmiyani ancch per tamam sides golden brown ho janay tak fry ker lein (makes 5).
Prepare Naan Dough:
-Bowl mein maida,namak,cheeni,baking powder aur baking soda dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Thora thora ker ka neem garam pani shamil karein aur ghond ker dough tayyar ker lein,dhak dein aur 1-2 hours kiya rest dein.
-Dough mein cooking oil dal dein aur smooth hunay tak dubara ghond lein.
-Chota dough (70g) la ker ball bana lein,oil sa grease karein aur rolling pin ki madad sa longitudinally bail lein phir dough ko two strips mein cut ker lain aur ek strip ko seekh kabab skewer per laga lein.
-Tawa garam karein aur wrapped skewers ko halki ancch per tamam sides sa golden ho janay tak paka lein phir direct flame per tamam sides sa charred ho janay tak paka lein.
-Raita or chutney ka saath serve karein!
