Ingredients:
Prepare Schezwan Chicken:
-Boneless chicken cubes 500g
-Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) ½ tsp or to taste
-Himalayan pink salt ½ tsp or to taste
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) 1 tsp
-Chicken powder 1 tsp
-Soy sauce 1 tbs
-Sirka (Vinegar) ½ tbs
-Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 2 tsp
-Cooking oil 2 tbs
-Shimla mirch (Capsicum) diced 1 medium
-Pyaz (Onion) diced 1 medium
Prepare Schezwan Gravy:
-Kashmiri lal mirch (Kashmiri red chillies) 2 (soaked in ½ Cup of water)
-Cooking oil 2-3 tbs
-Lehsan (Garlic) chopped 2 tbs
-Adrak (Ginger) 1 tbs
-Hari mirch (Green chilli) crushed ½ tbs
-Hara pyaz (Spring onion) white chopped 2 tbs
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) stalks chopped 1 tbs
-Himalayan pink salt ½ tsp or to taste
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) 1 tsp
-Tomato ketchup ½ Cup
-Chilli sauce 2 tbs
-Soy sauce 3 tbs
-Sirka (Vinegar) 1 tbs
-Hoisin sauce 1 tbs
-Water 1 Cup or as required
-Chicken stock cube 1
-Sugar 1 tsp
-Cornflour 1 tsp
-Water 1-2 tbs
Directions:
Prepare Schezwan Chicken:
-In a frying pan,add chicken,red chilli powder,pink salt,black pepper powder,chicken powder,soy sauce, vinegar,ginger garlic paste & mix well,cover & marinate for 30 minutes.
-Turn on the flame,add cooking oil & cook on medium flame until chicken is done (8-10 minutes).
-Add capsicum,onion,mix well & set aside.
Prepare Schezwan Gravy:
-In a spice grinder,add soaked Kashmiri red chillies along with its water & blend to make a paste & set aside.
-In a wok,add cooking oil,garlic,ginger & sauté for a minute.
-Add blended chilli paste,green chilli & mix well.
-Add spring onion white part,coriander stalks,pink salt,black pepper powder,tomato ketchup,chilli sauce, soy sauce,vinegar,hoisin sauce,mix well & cook for a minute.
-Add water,chicken stock cube,mix well & cook for 1-2 minutes.
-Add sugar & mix well.
-In a small bowl,add cornflour,water & mix well.
-Now add dissolved cornflour,mix well & cook until it thickens (1-2 minutes).
-Add cooked chicken with vegetables & mix well.
-Serve spicy Schezwan chicken gravy with fried rice!

-Chulha on karein,cooking oil dal dein aur darmiyani ancch per chicken gul janay tak paka lein (8-10 minutes).
-Shimla mirch aur pyaz dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein & side per rakh dein.
Prepare Schezwan Gravy:
-Spice grinder mein soaked Kashmiri lal mirch (along with its water) dal ker ache ache tarhan blend ker ka paste bana lein & side per rakh dein.
-Karahi mein cooking oil,lehsan aur adrak dal ker ek minute kliya sauté ker lein.
-Blended chilli paste aur hari mirch dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Hara pyaz white part,hara dhania stalks,pink salt,kali mirch powder,tomato ketchup,chilli sauce,soy sauce,sirka aur hoisin sauce dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur ek minute kliya paka lein.
-Pani aur chicken stock cube dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 1-2 minutes kliya paka lein.
-Cheeni dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein
-Small bowl mein cornflour aur pani dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Ab dissolved cornflour dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur garha ho janay tak paka lein (1-2 minutes).
-Cooked chicken vegetables ka saath dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Spicy Schezwan chicken gravy ko fried rice ka saath serve karein.
