Ingredients:
Zeera Soda:
- Zeera (Cumin seeds) 1 tbs
- Sabut kali mirch (Black peppercorns) ¼ tsp
- Sugar 2 tbs or to taste
- Kala namak (Black salt) ½ tsp
- Ice cubes as required
- Adrak (Ginger) grated ½ tsp
- Lemon juice 2 tbs
- Prepared spice mix ½ tbs
- 7up
- Lemon slices
Masala Soda:
- Zeera (Cumin seeds) ½ tbs
- Sabut kali mirch (Black peppercorns) ¼ tsp
- Darchini (Cinnamon stick) 1 small
- Saunf (Fennel seeds) 1 tsp
- Hari elaichi (Green cardamom) 2
- Chaat masala ½ tsp
- Kala namak (Black salt) 1 tsp
- Podina (Mint leaves) handful
- Lemon juice 2 & ½ tbs
- Ice crushed as required
- Prepared spice mixture 1.5 tsp
- 7up
Doodh Soda:
- Doodh (Milk) lukewarm 2 Cups
- Sugar 2 tbs or to taste
- Ice cubes as required
- 7up
- Lemon zest
- Lemon slice
Directions:
Zeera Soda:
In a frying pan,add cumin seeds,black peppercorns & dry roast on low flame until fragrant.
Let it cool.
In a spice mill,add roasted spices,sugar,black salt & grind to make powder.
In a serving glass,add ice cubes,ginger,lemon juice,prepared spice mix (1/2 tbs),7up & mix well.
Add lemon slice,garnish with lemon slice,mint leaf & serve chilled.

Masala Soda:
In a frying pan,add cumin seeds,black peppercorns,cinnamon stick,fennel seeds,green cardamom & dry roast on low flame until fragrant.
Let it cool.
In a spice mill,add roasted spices,chaat masala,black salt & grind to make powder.
Add mint leaves,lemon juice & blend well.
In a serving glass,add crushed ice,prepared masala mixture (1.5 tsp),7up & mix well.
Garnish with mint leaf & serve chilled.

In a jug,add milk,sugar,mix well & refrigerate until chilled.
In a serving glass,add ice cubes,prepared milk,7up & lemon zest.
Garnish with lemon slice & serve chilled.
