Ingredients:
- Chicken strips ½ kg
- Anda (Egg) whisked 1
- Lehsan (Garlic) crushed ½ tbs
- Namak (Salt) 1/4 tsp or to taste
- Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) 1 tsp
- Soy sauce 1 tbs
- Knorr chicken powder ½ tbs
- Maida (All-purpose flour) 2 tbs
- Cornflour 2 tbs
- Cooking oil for frying
- Cooking oil 1-2 tbs
- Pyaz (Onion) sliced 1 Cup
- Shimla mirch (Capsicum) julienne ½ Cup
- Red bell pepper julienne ½ Cup
- Kaju (Cashew nuts) 14-15
- Cooking oil 1-2 tbs
- Lehsan (Garlic) chopped 1 & ½ tbs
- Adrak (Ginger) chopped ½ tbs
- Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed ½ tbs
- Knorr tomato ketchup 3 tbs
- Knorr chilli sauce 2 tbs
- Soy sauce 1 tbs
- Cheeni (Sugar) 1 tsp
- Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) 1 tsp
- Namak (Salt) 1/4 tsp or to taste
- Knorr chicken powder ½ tbs
- Pani (Water) 1/4 Cup or as required
- Cornflour 1 tsp
- Hara pyaz (Green onion) leaves
- Safed til (Sesame seeds) roasted
Directions:
In bowl,add chicken strips,egg,garlic,salt,black pepper powder,soy sauce,chicken powder and mix well,cover and marinate for 30 minutes.
Add all-purpose flour,cornflour and mix well.
In frying pan,heat cooking oil and fry chicken until golden brown.
In wok,add cooking oil,onion,capsicum,red bell pepper and stir fry for 1-2 minutes & take out in a bowl.
Add cashew nuts and fry until light golden & take our in a bowl.
In wok,add cooking oil,garlic,ginger and mix well.
Add red chilli crushed and mix well.
Add tomato ketchup,chilli garlic sauce,soy sauce,sugar,black pepper powder,salt and mix well.
Add chicken powder and mix well.
In water,add corn flour and whisk well.
Now add dissolve cornflour and mix well.
Add stir fried vegetables,fried cashew nuts and give it a good mix.
Add green onion leaves,sesame seeds & serve!

Bowl mein chicken strips,anda,lehsan,namak,kali mirch powder,soy sauce aur chicken powder dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur dhak ker 30 minutes kliya marinate ker lein.
Maida aur cornflour dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Frying pan mein cooking oil garam karein aur chicken ko golden brown hunay tak fry ker lein.
Karhai mein cooking oil,pyaz,shila mirch aur red bell pepper dal ker 1-2 minute kliya stir fry ker lein & bowl mein nikal lein.
Kaju dal ker light golden hunay tak fry ker lein & bowl mein nikal ein.
Karhai mein cooking oil,lehsan aur adrak dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Lal mirch crushed dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
Tomato ketchup,chilli garlic sauce,soy sauce,cheeni,kali mirch powder aur namak dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Chicken powder dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
Pani mein cornflour dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein.
Ab dissolve cornflour dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Stir fried vegetables aur fried kaju dal ker mix karein.
Hara pyaz aur safed til dal ker serve karein.
