Ingredients:

-Kaju (Cashew nuts) soaked 10-12

-Dahi (Yogurt) whisked 1 Cup

-Hari mirch (Green chillies) 2

-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped handful

-Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 & ½ tbs

-Kashmiri lal mirch (Kashmiri red chilli) powder ½ tbs

-Garam masala powder ½ tsp

-Iodized Himalayan pink salt 1 tsp or to taste

-Haldi powder (Turmeric powder) ¼ tsp

-Zeera (Cumin seeds) roasted & crushed ½ tsp

-Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) ½ tsp or to taste

-Dhania powder (Coriander powder) ½ tsp

-Chicken powder ½ tsp

-Kasuri methi (Dried fenugreek leaves) 1 tbs

-Cooking oil 1 tbs

-Chicken mix boti 700g

-Cooking oil 1 tbs

-Koyla (Charcoal)

-Cream ¼ Cup

-Water ½ Cup or as required

-Makhan (Butter) unsalted ½

-Cream

-Pyaz (Onion) rings

-Hari mirch (Green chilli) sliced

 

Directions:

-In a blender jug,add cashew nuts,yogurt,green chillies,fresh coriander & blend well.

-Transfer to a bowl,add ginger garlic paste,kashmiri red chilli powder,garam masala powder,pink salt, turmeric powder,cumin seeds,red chilli powder,coriander powder,chicken powder,dried fenugreek leaves,cooking oil & whisk well.

-Add chicken & mix well,cover & marinate for 30 minutes.

-In a wok,add cooking oil,marinated chicken (reserve marinade for gravy) & cook on medium flame for 5-6 minutes & turn sides in between.

-Give coal smoke for 2-3 minutes then grill chicken pieces on medium flame until charred & set aside.

-In the same wok,add reserved marinade,mix well & cook on medium flame for 1-2 minutes.

-On low flame,add cream,mix well & cook on medium flame for a minute.

-Add water & mix well.

-Add grilled chicken pieces,pour gravy,cover & cook on medium flame for 4-5 minutes.

-Add butter & mix well until butter melts.

-Garnish with cream,onion rings,green chilli & serve with naan!
