Ingredients:
- Beef mix boti 750g
- Water 2 Cups or as required
- Pyaz (Onion) sliced 2 medium
- Haldi powder (Turmeric powder) 1 tsp
- Namak (Salt) ½ tbs or to taste
- Adark (Ginger) crushed 1 tbs
- Lehsan (Garlic) crushed 1 & ½ tbs
- Lemon juice 2 tbs
- Dahi (Yogurt) whisked ½ Cup
- Biryani masala 1 & ½ tbs
- Cooking oil ¾ Cup
- Darchini (Cinnamon sticks) 2
- Badi elaichi (Black cardamom) 2
- Hari elaichi (Green cardamom) 2-3
- Laung (Cloves) 4-5
- Badiyan ka phool (Star anise) 1
- Tez paat (Bay leaves) 2
- Zeera (Cumin seeds) 1 tbs
- Sabut kali mirch (Black peppercorns) ½ tsp
- Tamatar (Tomatoes) chopped 2 medium
- Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) 2 tsp or to taste
- Dhania powder (Coriander seeds) 1 & ½ tbs
- Garam masala powder ½ tbs
- Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed ½ tsp
- Aloo bukhara (Dried plums) 6-7
- Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped 2-3 tbs
- Podina (Mint leaves) chopped 1-2 tbs
- Hari mirch (Green chillies) 2-3
- Podina (Mint leaves) chopped 2-3 tbs
- Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped 2-3 tbs
- Pyaz (Onion) fried 2-3 tbs
- Chawal (Rice) sella 750g (boiled with salt until 3/4th done)
- Water 1-2 tbs
- Kewra water ½ tbs
- Zarda rang (Orange food color) ¼ tsp or as required
- Pyaz (Onion) fried
Directions:
In pressure cooker,add beef mix boti,water,onion,turmeric powder,salt,ginger,garlic,lemon juice,mix well and bring it to boil,cover and pressure cook on medium low flame for 20 minutes then cook on high flame until water dries up & set aside.
In a bowl,add yogurt,biryani masala,mix well & set aside.
In a pot,add cooking oil,cinnamon sticks,black cardamom,green cardamom,cloves,star anise,bay leaves, cumin seeds,black peppercorns and mix well.
Add tomatoes and mix well.
Add red chilli powder,coriander powder,garam masala powder,black pepper crushed,dried plums,mix well and cook for 1 minute.
Now add cooked beef and mix well.
Add fresh coriander,mint leaves,green chillies,mix well and cook on medium flame for 8-10 minutes or until oil separates.
On low flame,add spiced yogurt and mix well.
Add mint leaves,fresh coriander,fried onion and boiled rice.
In a bowl,water,kewra water,yellow food color and mix well.
Now add dissolved food color and fried onion,cover and steam cook on low flame for 18-20 minutes.
Serve with raita & salad!

Pressure cooker mein beef mix boti,pani,pyaz,haldi powder,namak,adrak,lehsan aur lemon juice dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur ubal anay ka bad dhak dein aur damiyani halki ancch per 20 minutes kliya pressure cook ker lein phir tez ancch per pani sukh janay tak paka lein & side per rakh dein.
Bowl mein dahi aur biryani masala dal ker ache tarhan mix karein & side per rakh dein.
Pot mein cooking oil,darchini,badi elaichi,hari elaichi,laung,badiyan ka phool,tez paat,zeera aur sabut kali mirch dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Tamatar dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
Lal mirch powder,dhania powder,garam masala powder,kali mirch crushed aur aloo bhukara dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 1 minute kliya paka lein.
Ab cooked beef dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
Hara dhania,podina aur hari mirchein dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur darmiyani ancch per 8-10 minutes ya oil alag ho janay tak paka lein.
Halki ancch per spiced yogurt shamil karein aur ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Podina,hara dhania,fried pyaz aur boiled chawal dal dein.
Bowl mein pani,kewra water aur zarda rang dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
Ab dissolved zarda rang aur fried pyaz dal ker dhak dein aur halki ancch per 18-20 minutes kliya steam cook ker lein.
Raita aur salad ka saath serve karein!
