In a bowl,add chicken,salt,black pepper powder and soy sauce,mix well and marinate for 15 minutes.
Chop garlic coarsely & set aside.
In a wok,add cooking oil,chopped garlic and fry until golden & reserve 1 tbs for garnish.
Add green chilli,mix well and cook for a minute.
Add marinated chicken and mix well until it changes color,cover and cook on low flame for 4-5 minutes then cook on high flame until oil separates.
Add red chilli powder,sugar,salt,chilli sauce and tomato ketchup,mix well and cook for a minute.
Add stock,mix well and bring it to boil.
In cornflour,add water and whisk well.
Now add dissolved cornflour,mix well and cook until thickens (2-3 minutes).
Add green onion white part,capsicum,red bell pepper,vinegar and mix well.
Add green onion leaves and mix.
Garnish with reserved fried garlic,green onion leaves & serve with boiled rice.

Hari micrh dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur ek minute kliya paka lein.
Marinated chicken dal dein aur rang tabdeel hunay tak ache tarhan mix ker lein aur dhak ker halki ancch per 4-5 minutes kliya paka lein phir tez ancch per oil alag ho Janay tak paka lein.
Lal mirch powder,cheeni,namak aur tomato ketchup dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur ek minute kliya paka lein.
Yakhni dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur ubal anay dein.
Cornflour mein pani dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein.
Ab dissolved cornflour dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur garha ho janay tak paka lein (2-3 minutes).
Hara pyaz white part,shimla mirch,red bell pepper aur sirka dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Hara pyaz leaves dal ker mix ker lein.
Reserved fried lehsan aur hara pyaz leaves sa garnish ker lein aur boiled rice ka saath serve karein.
