Ingredients:
Prepare Red Velvet Cake:
-Makhan (Butter) soften 250g
-Icing sugar 2 Cups (250g)
-Anday (Eggs) chilled 6
-Namak (Salt) 1 pinch
-Vanilla essence 1 tsp
-Lemon juice 1 tsp
-Maida (All-purpose flour) sifted 1 & ¾ Cup (250g)
-Baking powder 2 & ½ tsp (10g)
-Cocoa powder 1 tbs
-Sirka (Vinegar) 1 tbs
-Red gel food color 2 drops or as required
Prepare Cream Cheese Icing:
-Cream cheese ½ Cup
-Sugar powdered 1 Cup
Directions:
Prepare Red Velvet Cake:
-In a bowl,add butter & beat well.
-Add icing sugar & beat well until fluffy.
-Add eggs,one by one & beat well.
-Add salt,vanilla essence,lemon juice & beat again.
-Add all-purpose flour,baking powder & beat until well combined.
-Take out half quantity of cake batter & transfer to a piping bag.
-In remaining half quantity of batter,add cocoa powder & beat well.
-Add vinegar & beat well.
-Add red gel food color,beat well & transfer to a piping bag.
-Grease 7 x 3“loaf pan with cooking oil & lined with butter paper.
-Pipe out both batters alternatively in loaf pan,tap few times & make swirls with the help of the skewer.
-Bake in preheated oven at 170 C for 30-35 minutes (on lower grill).
-Let it cool (makes 2 red velvet marble cakes).
Prepare Cream Cheese Icing:
-In a bowl,add cream cheese,sugar & whisk well.
-Cut into slices,drizzle cream cheese icing & serve!

-Maida aur baking powder dal ker ache tarhan beat ker lein.
-Cake batter ki half quantity ko nikal ker piping bag mein transfer ker lein.
-Remaining batter mein cocoa powder dal ker ache tarhan beat ker lein.
-Sirka dal ker dubara beat ker lein.
-Red gel food color dal ker ache tarhan beat karein aur piping bag mein transfer ker lein.
-7 x 3“loaf pan ko cooking oil sa grease karein aur butter paper laga lein.
-Dono batter ko loaf pan mein alternatively pipe out kertay jayein aur few times tap karein phir skewer ki madad sa swirls bana lein.
-Preheated oven mein 170C per 30-35 minutes kliya bake ker lein (on lower grill).
-Thanda ker lein (makes 2 red velvet marble cakes).
