In wok,add milk and bring it to boil and cook on low flame for 1 & ½ hour & keep sticking balai (cream) on the sides of the pot until half quantity of milk remains in the pot.
Add sugar,cardamom powder,cashew nuts,almonds,pistachios and mix well then scarp all cream from the sides of the pot,mix well and let it cool down.
In glass,add basil leaves,water,mix and soak for 15 minutes.
In serving glass,add falooda sev,basil seeds,lal sharbat,prepared rabri milk,yellow jelly,red jelly,pistachio ice cream scoop,falooda sev,basil seeds,pineapple chunks,red jelly,yellow jelly,lal sharbat,almonds, pistachios & serve!
Karhai mein doodh dal ker ubal lein aur halki ancch per 1 & ½ hour kliya paka lein aur balai (cream) ko pots ko sides per lage lein yahan tak ka wok mein doodh adha reh jaye.
Cheeni,elaichi powder,kaju,badam aur pista dal ker ache tarhan mix karein phir pot ki sides sa balai ko nikal lein aur ache tarhan mix ker lein & thanda ker lein.
Glass mein tukh malanga aur pani dal ker mix karein aur 15 minutes kliya bheego dein.
Serving glass mein falooda sev,tukh malanga,lal sharbat,tayyar rabri doodh,yellow jelly,red jelly,pista ice cream scoop,falooda sev,tukh malanga,pineapple chunks,red jelly,yellow jelly,lal sharbat,badam aur pista dal ker serve karein.
