Ingredients:
- Cooking oil 2 tsp
- Pyaz (Onion) chopped 1 small
- Chicken qeema (Mince) 250g
- Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 tsp
- Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
- Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) 1 tsp
- Haldee powder (Turmeric powder) ½ tsp
- Zeera powder (Cumin powder) 1 tsp
- Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed ½ tsp
- Shimla mirch (Capsicum) chopped 1/4 Cup
- Mayonnaise 3 tbs
- Dried oregano ½ tsp
Assembling:
- Pizza sauce
- Cheddar cheese grated
- Mozzarella cheese grated
- Black olives slices
- Dried oregano
Directions:
In a wok,add cooking oil,onion and saute until translucent.
Add chicken mince and mix well until it changes color.
Add ginger garlic paste and mix well for 2 minutes.
Add salt,black pepper powder,turmeric powder,cumin powder,red chilli crushed,mix well and cook for 4-5 minutes.
Add capsicum and mix well.
Add mayonnaise,mix well and cook on low flame for 2-3 minutes.
Add dried oregano and mix well.
Let it cool.
Sprinkle dry flour on pizza dough and knead dough again until smooth.
Sprinkle dry flour and roll out with the help of rolling pin (half inch thickness) then cut into round shape/circles with the help of the cutter.
On baking tray,sprinkle dry flour and place round circles dough,add & spread pizza sauce,add prepared chicken filling,cheddar cheese,mozzarella cheese,black olives and sprinkle dried oregano (makes 14).
Option # 1: Baking In Oven
Bake in preheated oven at 180 C for 10-12 minutes.
Option # 2: Pot Baking
In pot,add 1 pack of salt,place wire rack (min 2“high) and preheat on high flame for 10-15 minutes.
Place pizza,cover and bake in preheated pot until cheese melts (12-15 minutes).

Namak,kali mirch powder,haldee powder,zeera powder aur lal mirch crushed dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 4-5 minutes kliya paka lein.
Shimla mirch dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Mayonnaise dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur halki ancch per 2-3 minutes kliya paka lein.
Dried oregano dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Thanda ker lein.
Pizza dough per maida chirak dein aur smooth hunay tak dubara ghond lein.
Maida chirak dein aur rolling pin ki madad sa bail lein (half inch thickness) phir cutter li madad sa round shape/circles mein cut ker lein.
Baking tray per maida chirak dein aur round circles dough rakh dein,pizza sauce dal ker pheela lein, tayyar chicken filling,cheddar cheese,mozzarella cheese,black olives aur dried oregano dal dein (makes 14).
Option # 1: Baking In Oven

Pot mein namak ka 1 pack dal ker wire rack (min 2“high) rakh dein aur tez annch per 10-15 minutes kliya preheat ker lein.
