Ingredients:
-Boneless chicken fillet 500g
-Hot sauce 2 tbs
-Sirka (Vinegar) 2 tbs
-Paprika powder 2 tsp
-Himalayan pink salt 1 tsp or to taste
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ½ tsp
-Lehsan powder (Garlic powder) ½ tbs
-Dried oregano 1 tsp
-Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) ½ tsp or to taste
-Shimla mirch (Capsicum) cubes as required
-Pyaz (Onion) cubes as required
-Bread slices toasted 2
-Maida (All-purpose flour) as required
-Anday (Eggs) whisked 2
-Cooking oil for frying
Directions:
-Cut chicken fillet into 1-inch cubes.
-In a bowl,add chicken,hot sauce,vinegar,paprika powder,pink salt,black pepper powder,garlic powder, dried oregano,red chilli powder & mix well,cover with cling film & marinate for 2 hours.
-Skew marinated chicken in a wooden skewer with capsicum & onion cubes.
-In a chopper,add toasted bread slices & chop well into breadcrumbs & transfer to a bowl.
-In a bowl,add all-purpose flour & whisked eggs in another bowl.
-Coat chicken skewers in all-purpose flour then dip in whisked eggs & coat with breadcrumbs (makes 14-15).
-In a wok,heat cooking oil & fry chicken skewers on low flame until golden & crispy.

-Bowl mein chicken,hot sauce,sirka,paprika powder,pink salt,kali mirch powder,lehsan powder,dried oregano aur lal mirch powder dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur cling film sa cover ker ka 2 hours kliya marinate ker lein.
-Marinated chicken ko shimla mirch aur pyaz ka saath wooden skewers per laga lein.
-Chopper mein toasted bread slices dal dein aur ache tarhan chop ker ka breadcrumbs bana lein aur bowl mein nikal lein.
-Ek bowl mein maida aur dosray bowl mein pheetay hoye anday dal dein.
-Chicken skewers ko maida mein coat karain phir pheetay hoye anday mein dip karein aur breadcrumbs mein coat ker lein (makes 14-15).
-Karahi mein cooking oil garam karein aur chicken skewers ko halki ancch per golden & crispy ho janay tak fry ker lein.
