Ingredients:
-Cooking oil 1 tbs
-Blue band Margarine spread 1 tbs
-Boneless chicken hand chopped 500g
-Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 tsp
-Pyaz (Onion) chopped 1 large
-Tomato paste 2 tbs
-Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) 1 tsp or to taste
-Zeera (Cumin seeds) roasted & crushed 1 tsp
-Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed 1 tsp
-Dried oregano ½ tbs
-Himalayan pink salt 1 tsp or to taste
-Soy sauce 2 tbs
-Lemon juice 1 tbs
-Oyster sauce ½ tbs
-Band gobhi (Cabbage) julienne 1 Cup
-Gajar (Carrot) julienne ½ Cup
-Shimla mirch (Capsicum) julienne ½ Cup
-Hara pyaz (Spring onion) leaves julienne 1/3 Cup
-Roll sheets as required
-Cooking oil 2 tbs
-Blue band Margarine spread 2 tbs
-Hara pyaz (Spring onion) leaves
Directions:
-In a wok,add cooking oil,margarine & let it melt.
-Add chicken & mix well until it changes color.
-Add ginger garlic paste,onion,mix well & cook for 1-2 minutes.
-Add tomato paste,red chilli powder,cumin seeds,black pepper crushed,dried oregano,pink salt,soy sauce,lemon juice,oyster sauce,mix well & cook on medium flame for 4-5 minutes.
-Add cabbage,carrot,capsicum,spring onion,mix well & cook for 1-2 minutes.
-Let it cool.
-On roll sheet,add prepared filling (2 tbs),apply flour slurry & fold to make a parcel shape (makes 14).
-On griddle,add cooking oil,margarine,let it melt & shallow fry parcels on low flame until golden.
-Sprinkle spring onion leaves & serve!

-Chicken dal dein aur rang tabdeel ho janay tak ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Adrak lehsan paste aur pyaz dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 1-2 minutes kliya paka lein.
-Tomato paste,lal mirch powder,zeera,kali mirch crushed,dried oregano,pink salt,soy sauce,lemon juice aur oyster sauce dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur darmiyani ancch per 4-5 minutes kliya paka lein.
-Band gobhi,gajar,Shimla mirch aur hara pyaz dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 1-2 minutes kliya paka lein.
-Thanda ker lein.
-Roll sheet per tayyar filling (2 tbs) dal dein aur flour slurry laga lein aur fold ker ka parcel shape bana lein (makes 14).
-Tawa per cooking oil aur margarine dal ker melt ker lein aur parcels ko halki ancch per golden ho janay tak shallow fry ker lein.
-Hara pyaz leaves dal ker serve karein!
