In chopper,add tomatoes,garlic and onion,grind well & set aside.
In wok,add cooking oil,cumin seeds,cinnamon stick,bay leaf and mix.
Add whole onions and mix well.
Add red/green chillies and fry onions until golden brown (approx. 10-12 minutes).
Now add onion+tomato mixture and mix well.
Add turmeric powder,salt,red chili powder,coriander powder and mix well,cover and cook on low flame for 12-15 minutes.
Add fresh coriander and mix.
Garnish with fresh coriander & serve!

Karhai mein cooking oil,zeera,darchini aur tez paat dal ker mix karein.
Whole pyaz dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
Red/green chillies dal dein aur pyaz ko golden brown hunay tak fry ker lein (approx. 10-12 minutes).
Ab pyaz+tamatar mixture dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Haldee powder,namak,lal mirch powder aur dhania powder dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur dhak ker halki ancch per 12-15 minutes kliya paka lein.
Hara dhania dal ker mix karein.
Hara dhania sa garnish ker ka serve karein.
