Ingredients:
- Instant coffee 1 tbs
- Maida (All Purpose flour) 2 cups
- Cocoa powder ½ cup
- Baking powder 1 tsp
- Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
- Candyland Creations Dark Chocolate 100g
- Makhan (Butter) 150g at room temperature
- Bakreek cheeni (Caster sugar) 1 & ½ cups
- Anday (Eggs) 3 at room temperature
- Vanilla essence 2 tsp
- Dahi (Yogurt) 1/3 cup at room temperature
- Doodh (Milk) warm 1 & ½ cups
Prepare Chocolate ganache:
- Candyland Creations Compound Chocolate 300g
- Cream 300ml
- Cheeni (Sugar) powdered 3 tbs
- Vanilla essence 1 tsp
- Whipped cream
- Mixed berries (Optional)
- Cocoa powder
- Sprinkles
Directions:
Place a sifter on a bowl, add instant coffee & sift it.
Add all purpose flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, salt, sift together & set aside.
In a bowl add dark chocolate, butter & microwave for 1 minute on medium speed & mix well.
In a bowl add melted chocolate with butter, caster sugar & beat well (approx. 2 minutes).
Add eggs one by one & beat well in between (approx. 1-2 minutes).
Add vanilla essence & beat again.
Add yogurt & beat well.
Add dry ingredients (1/3 portion) & beat well.
Add milk & beat well again.
Add dry ingredients, fold with the help of spatula & set aside.
Grease 6-inch baking safe pan with butter, line with butter paper, set aside.
Pour the mixture in greased dish & tap the dish 2-3 times (makes 3). Bake in preheated oven at 180 C for 40-45mins.
Transfer to wire rack & wait for 10 minutes. Now scrap the sides, take out from dish, remove butter paper & let it cool completely.
Cut the dome of the cakes & set aside.
Chocolate Ganache:
On double boiler place a bowl, add compound chocolate, cream, mix until it melts & well combined.
Add powdered sugar, vanilla essence & whisk well.
On a plate place cake, spread whipped cream, add mixed berries, place another cake & press gently.
Place a hard plastic around the cake & fix it with tape.
Now pour prepared chocolate glaze on the cake, sprinkle cocoa powder & sprinkles of your choice.
Carefully pull the plastic when ready to serve & enjoy.

Aik dusray bowl may daal kar bareek cheeni dalen or beat karen.
Aik aik kar k anday shamil karen or beat kartay jayen.
Dahi daal kar achi tarah beat karlen.
Ab dry ingredients ka 1/3 portion daal kar beat karen.
Ab doodh daal kar achi tarah beat karen.
Ab baki k dry ingredients daal kar spatula ki madad se achi tarah fold karden.
6-inch k baking safe pan ko makhan se chikan kar k butter paper laga den.
Ab tayar batter bowl may daal kar 2-3 baar dish ko tap karlen (makes 3) or pehle se garam oven may 180 C par 40-45 minute tak bake klarlen.
Wire rack par rakh kar Thanda karlen, cake ko dish se nikal kar doom kaat len.
Chocolate ganache:
Double boiler pe bowl rakh kar compound choclate or cream daal kar achi tarah melt karlen or mila len.
Powdered sugar, vanilla essence daal kar achi tarah milayen.
Aik plate par cake rakhen, phir whipped cream daal kar mixed berries daal den, dusra cake rakhen or halka sa dabayen.
Hard plastic cake k charon taraf laga kar tape se band karden.
Ab tayar chocolate ganache glaze daal kar upar se cocoa powder or sprinkles charak den.
Serve karne se pehle ehtiyat se plastic ko upar ki taraf khench len or serve karen.
