Ingredients:
-Prawns (Jheenge) 350g
-Tomato ketchup ¾ Cup
-Soy sauce 2 tbs
-Chilli sauce 4 tbs
-Sirka (Vinegar) 1 tbs
-Himalayan pink salt ¼ tsp or to taste
-Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) 1 tsp or to taste
-Cornflour ½ tbs
-Water 1 Cup
-Tamatar (Tomato) deseed & cubes 2 medium
-Shimla mirch (Capsicum) cubes 2 medium
-Pyaz (Onion) cubes 1 large
-Himalayan pink salt ½ tsp or to taste
-Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed 1 & ½ tsp
-Soy sauce 1 tbs
-Dark soy sauce 1 tsp
-Cooking oil 3 tbs
-Cooking oil 2 tbs
-Adrak (Ginger) chopped 1 tsp
-Lehsan (Garlic) chopped 1 tbs
Directions:
How to clean Prawns?
-Remove head,legs,outer shell & tail of prawn.Make a slit with the help of knife & devein it.
-Wash thoroughly with water & set aside.
-In a small jug,add tomato ketchup,soy sauce,chilli sauce,vinegar,pink salt,red chilli powder, cornflour,water,whisk well & set aside.
-In a bowl,add prawns,tomatoes,capsicum,onion,pink salt,red chilli crushed,soy sauce & dark soy sauce,mix well & skew on wooden skewers.
-In a frying pan,add cooking oil & fry skewers on low flame until golden (2-3 minutes each side) (makes 12-14).
-In a frying pan,add cooking oil,giner,garlic & sauté for a minute.
-Add prepared sauce,mix well & cook for 1-2 minutes.
-Add prawn skewers,drizzle sauce over it & serve!

-Pani sa ache tarhan dho lein & side per rakh dein.
-Small jug mein tomato ketchup,soy sauce,chilli sauce,sirja,pink salt,lal mirch powder,cornflour aur pani dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein & side per rakh dein.
-Bowl mein prawns,tamatar,shimla mirch,pyaz,pink salt,lal mirch crushed,soy sauce aur dark soy sauce dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur wooden skewers per laga lein.
-Frying pan mein cooking oil dal dein aur skewers ko golden ho janay tak halki ancch per fry ker lein golden (2-3 minutes each side) (makes 12-14).
-Frying pan mein cooking oil,adrak aur lehsan dal ker ek minute kliya sauté ker lein.
-Tayyar sauce dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 1-2 minutes kliya paka lein
-Prawn skewers dal ker upper sa sauce ko drizzle ker ka serve karein!
