Ingredients:
-Prawns
-Cooking oil 2 tbs
-Anday (Eggs) 2
-Cooking oil 3 tbs
-Lehsan (Garlic) chopped 1 tbs
-Prawns cleaned & deveined 350g
-Matar (Peas) boiled ¼ Cup
-Gajar (Carrot) julienne ½ Cup
-Band gobhi (Cabbage) shredded ½ Cup
-Shimla mirch (Capsicum) julienne ½ Cup
-Corn kernels boiled ¼ Cup
-Himalayan pink salt 1 tsp or to taste
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) 1 tsp
-Safed mirch powder (White pepper powder) ½ tsp
-Chawal (Rice) boiled 2 Cups
-Sirka (Vinegar) ½ tbs
-Soy sauce 1 & ½ tbs
-Hara pyaz (Spring onion) leaves chopped ½ Cup
Directions:
How to clean Prawns?
-Remove head,legs,outer shell & tail of prawn.Make a slit with the help of knife & devein it.
-Wash thoroughly with water & set aside.
-In a wok,add cooking oil,whisked eggs & cook on medium flame from both sides until done.Break the eggs into pieces with the help of spoon & set aside.
-In the same wok,add cooking oil,garlic & fry until light golden.
-Add prawns & fry for 2 minutes.
-Add peas,carrots,cabbage,capsicum,corn kernels & stir fry for a minute.
-Add pink salt,black pepper powder,white pepper powder & mix well.
-Add rice & give it a good mix.
-Add vinegar,soy sauce,spring onion leaves,egg omelette,mix well & serve!

-Karahi mein cooking oil aur pheetay hoye anday dal dein aur darmiyani ancch per dono side sa paka lein.Spoon ki madad sa pieces mein break ker lein & side per rakh dein.
-Us he karahi mein cooking oil aur lehsan dal ker light golden ho janay tak fry ker lein.
-Prawns ko dal ker 2 minute kliya fry ker lein.
-Matar,gajarmband gobhi aur corn kernels dal ker ek minute kliya stir fry ker lein.
-Pink salt,kali mirch powder aur safed mirch powder dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Chawal dal ker mix ker lein.
-Sirka,soy sauce,hara pyaz leaves aur egg omelette dal ker ache tarhan mix ker ka serve karein!
