Ingredients:
- Maida (All-purpose flour) sifted 1 Cup
- Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
- Water 1 Cup or as required
- Aalo (Potatoes) boiled 5-6 medium
- Anday (Eggs) hard boiled 3-4
- Pyaz (Onion) chopped ½ Cup
- Shimla mirch (Capsicum) chopped ½ Cup
- Gajar (Carrot) chopped ½ Cup
- Corn kernels boiled ½ Cup
- Chicken sausages chopped ½ Cup
- Fresh parsley chopped 1-2 tbs
- Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste
- Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed 1 tbs
- Zeera (Cumin seeds) roasted & crushed ½ tsp
- Lehsan powder (Garlic powder) ½ tbs
- Chicken powder ½ tbs (optional)
- Paprika powder ½ tsp
- Kalay til (Black sesame seeds) ½ tbs
- Safed til (White sesame seeds) roasted 1 tbs
- Mayonnaise 1 Cup
- Bread slices as required
- Breadcrumbs (panko) 1 Cup or as required
- Cooking oil for frying
Directions:
In a bowl,add all-purpose flour,salt,gradually add water & whisk well until smooth,flour slurry is formed & set aside.
In a bowl,grate potatoes & eggs with the help of the grater.
Add onion,capsicum,carrot,corn kernels,chicken sausages,fresh parsley,salt,black pepper crushed, cumin seeds,garlic powder,chicken powder,paprika powder,black sesame seeds,white sesame seeds, mayonnaise & mix until well combined.
Grease hands with oil,take a mixture and make balls of equal sizes (180g).
On a bread slice,place prepared ball & spread mixture evenly and place another bread slice over it then dip into prepared flour slurry & coat with breadcrumbs & shape the sandwich properly (makes 7-8).
In frying pan,heat cooking & fry toast on medium flame from both sides until golden brown.
Cut into desired slices and serve with tomato ketchup & mayo mustard sauce!

Bowl mein aalo aur anday garter ki madad sa grate ker lein.
Pyaz,shimla mirch,gajar,corn kernels,chicken sausages,fresh parsley,namak,kali mirch crushed,zeera, lehsan powder,chicken powder,paprika powder,kalay til,safed til aur mayonnaise dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Haathon ko oil sa grease karein aur mixture ko la ker ek jaisay sizes ki balls tayyar ker lein (180g).
Bread slices per tayyar mixture ball rakh ker evenly pheela lein aur upper sa ek aur bread slice rakh dein phir tayyar flour slurry mein dip karein aur breadcrumbs mein coat ker lein & sandwich ko properly shape ker lein (makes 7-8).
Frying pan mein cooking oil garam karein aur toast ko dono sides golden brown hunay tak fry ker lein.
Desired slices mein cut karein,tomato ketchup & mayo mustard sauce ka saath serve karein!
