Ingredients:
Prepare Chicken Filling:
-Cooking oil 1-2 tbs
-Boneless chicken cubes 300g
-Lemon juice 1 tbs
-Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) ½ tsp or to taste

-Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 tsp

Prepare Cream & Egg Mixture:
-Olper’s Cream ¾ Cup
-Anday (Eggs) 2
-Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed ¼ tsp
-Himalayan pink salt ¼ tsp or to taste
-Lehsan powder (Garlic powder) ½ tsp
Prepare Potato Base:
-Aloo (Potatoes) boiled 300g
-Dried oregano 1 tsp
-Lehsan powder (Garlic powder) 1 tsp
-Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed ½ tsp
-Himalayan pink salt ½ tsp or to taste
-Cooking oil 1 tbs
-Cooking oil ½ tbs
-Fresh parsley chopped 1 tbs
-Cheddar cheese grated 50g
-Mozzarella cheese grated 50g
-Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed
-Olper’s Cream
-Fresh parsley chopped
Direction:
Prepare Chicken Filling:
-In a frying pan,add cooking oil,chicken & mix well until it changes color.
-Add lemon juice,red chilli powder,cumin powder,pink salt,dried oregano,black pepper powder,ginger garlic paste,mix well & cook on medium flame until chicken is tender (6-8 minutes).
-Add capsicum,onion,mix well & set aside.
Prepare Cream & Egg Mixture:
-In a jug,add cream,eggs,black pepper,pink salt,garlic powder,whisk well & set aside.
Prepare Potato Base:
-In a bowl,add potatoes & mash roughly.
-Add dried oregano,garlic powder,black pepper,pink salt,cooking oil & mix well.
-In a greased pan (9-inches),add potato mixture,spread evenly & grease with cooking oil & prick with fork.
-Bake in a preheated oven at 200C for 18-20 minutes.
-Take out from the oven,add prepared chicken filling & spread evenly.
-Add fresh parsley,prepared mixture,cheddar cheese,mozzarella cheese & red chilli crushed.
-Bake in preheated oven at 200C 20-25 minutes.
-Garnish with cream,fresh parsley & serve!

-Lemon juice,lal mirch powder,zeera powder,pink salt,dried oregano,kali mirch powder aur adrak lehsan paste dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur darmiyani ancch per chicken gul janya tak paka lein (6-8 minutes).
-Shimla mirch aur pyaz dal ker ache tarhan mix karein & side per rakh dein.

-Jug mein doodh,anday,kali mirch,pink salt aur lehsan powder dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein & side per rakh dein.
Prepare Potato Base:
-Bowl mein aloo dal ker roughly mash ker lein.
-Dried oregano,lehsan powder,kali mirch,pink salt aur cooking oil dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Greased pan (9-inches) mein potato mixture dal ker evenly pheela lein,cooking oil sa grease karein aur fork sa prick ker lein.
-Preheated oven mein 200C per 18-20 minutes kliya bake ker lein.
-Oven sa nikal lein aur tayyar chicken filling dal ker evenly pheela lein.
-Fresh parsley,tayyar mixture,cheddar cheese,mozzarella cheese aur lal mirch crushed dal dein.
-Preheated oven mein 200C per 20-25 minutes kliya bake ker lein.
-Cream aur fresh parsley sa garnish ker ka serve karein!
