Ingredients:
-Cooking oil 2-3 tbs
-Pyaz (Onion) 2 medium
-Lehsan (Garlic) 4-5 cloves
-Adrak (Ginger) 1 inch piece
-Hari mirchein (Green chillies) 10-12
-Beef qeema (Mince) 300g
-Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste
-Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) 1 tsp or to taste
-Zeera (Cumin seeds) roasted & crushed ½ tsp
-Garam masala powder ½ tsp
-Sabut dhania (Coriander seeds) crushed ½ tbs
-Lemon juice 1 & ½ tbs
-Podina (Mint leaves) 2 bunches (1 & ½ Cup)
-Maida (All-purpose flour) 2 tbs
-Water 1-2 tbs or as required
-Samosa patti as required
-Cooking oil for frying
Directions:
-In a wok,add cooking oil,onion & mix well.
-Add garlic,ginger,green chillies,mix well & sauté until onions are translucent.
-Add beef mince & mix well until it changes color.
-Add salt,red chilli powder,cumin seeds,garam masala powder,coriander seeds & lemon juice,mix well & cook for 10-12 minutes then cook on high flame until it dries up.
-Let it cool.
-In chopper,add cooked mince,mint leaves,chop well & set aside.
-In a small bowl,add all-purpose flour,water & whisk well.Flour slurry is ready!
-Take samosa sheet & cut one side with the help of cutter.
-Apply flour slurry,make a pocket,add mince filling in the centre & roll into the shape of samosa and seal corners with all-purpose flour slurry (makes 12-14).
-Can be stored in an airtight container for up to 1 month in freezer.
-In a wok,heat cooking oil & fry on medium flame until golden & crispy.

-Lehsan,adrak aur hari mirchein dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur pyaz translucent hunay tak sauté ker lein.
-Beef qeema dal dein aur rang tabdeel ho janay tak ache tarhan mix karein.
-Namak,lal mirch powder,zeera,garam masala powder,sabut dhania aur lemon juice dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 10-12 minutes kliya paka lein phir tez ancch per sukh janay tak paka lein.
-Thanda ker lein.
-Chopper mein cooked qeema aur podina dal ker ache tarhan chop ker lein & side per rakh dein.
-Chotay bowl mein maida aur pani dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein.Flour slurry tayyar hai!
-Samosa sheet ki ek side ko cutter ki madad sa cut ker lein.
-Maida ki slurry laga ker pocket bana lein aur qeema filling ko center mein bhar dein aur samosa ki shape bana lein aur corners ko maida ki slurry sa seal ker lein (makes 12-14).
