Ingredients:
-Warm water 3 Cups
-Bareek cheeni (caster sugar) 6 tbs
-Khameer (instant yeast) 10 tsp (44g)
-Doodh (Milk) warm 1 Cup
-Cooking oil 8 tbs
-Maida (all-purpose flour) sifted 2 kg
-Himalayan pink salt 3 tsp
-Cooking oil 1 tsp
-Makai ka atta (Cornmeal) as required
-Pizza sauce
-Cheddar cheese grated
-Chicken filling
-Mozzarella cheese grated
-Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed
-Dried oregano
-Black olives sliced
Directions:
-In a bowl,add warm water,caster sugar,instant yeast,mix well,cover & let it proof for 10 minutes.
-Add milk,cooking oil,gradually add all-purpose flour,pink salt & mix well for 10-12 minutes.
-Add remaining quantity of all-purpose flour,mix well & knead until dough is formed.
-Transfer the dough on a greased working surface & knead dough with wet hands for 8-10 minutes.
-Add cooking oil & knead until smooth dough is formed,grease with oil,cover with cling film & let it proof for 1 hour or until double in size (warm place).
-For large (14 inch) pizza,take a dough of 380g.
-For medium (12 inch) pizza,take a dough of 270g.
-For small (8 inch) pizza,take a dough of 130g.
-Make smooth dough balls,place them on a greased tray & grease dough balls with cooking oil,cover with cling film & freeze for at least 24 hours or until rock hard.
-Can be stored in a separate zip lock bags for up to 4 months in freezer.
-Yield: 2 kg dough makes:
-3 large pizza (14”),2 medium (12”) & 2 small pizzas (8”).
How to make Pizza from Frozen Pizza Dough?
-Take out dough balls from freezer.
-Spread cornmeal on a pizza tray,place frozen dough ball & sprinkle cornmeal,cover with cling film & let it thaw on room temperature for 3-4 hours.
-Gently press to spread the dough & apply cooking oil on the side of dough.
-Spread pizza sauce,add cheddar cheese,chicken filling,mozzarella cheese,red chilli crushed,dried oregano & black olives.
-Bake in preheated oven at 180°C until cheese melts (12-15 minutes).

-Maida ki baqi quantity dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur ghond ker dough tayyar ker lein.
-Doigh ko greased working surface per dal dein aur wet hands ki madad sa 8-10 minutes kliya ghond lein.
-Cooking oil dal dein aur ghond ker smooth dough tayyar ker lein,oil sa sa grease karein aur cling film sa cover ker ka 1 hour garam jagha per rakh dein.

-Dough balls ko smooth ker lein aur greased tray per rakh ker cooking oil sa grease karein aur cling film sa cover ker ka 24 hours ya rick hard ho janay tak freeze ker lein.
-Zip lock bags mein dal ker 4 months kliya freezer mein store ker lein.

How to make Pizza from Frozen Pizza Dough?
-Dough balls ko freezer sa nikal lein.
-Pizza tray per makai ka atta chirak dein,froze dough ball rakh ker upper sa makai ka atta chirak dein, cling film sa cover karein aur room temperature per 3-4 hours kliya thaw hunay dein.
-Gently press ker ka dough ko pheela lein aur dough ko side per cooking oil laga lein.
-Pizza sauce,add cheddar cheese,chicken filling,mozzarella cheese,lal mirch crushed,dried oregano & black olives dal dein.
-Preheated oven mein 180C per cheese melt ho janay tak bake ker lein (12-15 minutes).
