Ingredients:
-Safed til (Sesame seeds) 1 & ½ Cup
-Olive oil ¾ Cup
-Pista (Pistachios) 1 & ½ tbs
-Sugar powdered ½ Cup or to taste
-Elaichi powder (Cardamom powder) ¼ tsp
-Milk powder 1 & ¾ Cup
-Rose water 1 tbs
-Pista (Pistachios) blanched
-Pista (Pistachios) sliced
Directions:
-In frying pan,add sesame seeds & dry roast until fragrant.
-Let it cool.
-In chopper,add roasted sesame seeds & chop well.
-Add olive oil,pistachios & chop well.
-Take out in a bowl,add sugar,cardamom powder,milk powder,rose water & mix until well combined.
-Grease mold with cooking oil (lined with cling film),add pistachios,sesame seeds mixture,spread evenly & add pistachios in between & let it set in refrigerator for 2-3 hours.
-Add pistachios & press gently.
-Cut into pieces & serve!

-Thanda ker lein.
-Chopper mein roasted til dal ker ache tarhan chop ker lein.
-Olive oil aur pista dal ker ache tarhan chop ker lein.
-Bowl mein nikal lein,cheeni,elaichi powder,milk powder aur rose water dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Mold ko cooking oil sa grease karein (lined with cling film),pista aur til ka mixture dal ker evenly pheela lein aur bech mein pista dal dein aur set ho janay tak 2-3 hours kliya refrigerate ker lein.
-Pista dal ker gently press ker lein.
-Pieces mein cut ker ka serve karein!
