In grinder,add pistachio,grind well & set aside.
In frying pan,add butter and let it melt,add cream and mix well.
Add dry milk powder,mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Add caster sugar,grinded pistachio,mix well and cook until it leaves the sides of the pot (approx. 5-6 minutes).
Divide the stuffing into two parts (3/4th & 1/3rd).
-Take 1/3rd part,add green food color and mix well.
Take white part,place over the rolling board and flatted into a thick layer.
Take green color part and roll it little tightly and place it over the white part and roll it like swiss roll.
Wrap in butter paper and refrigerate for 15 minutes.
Cut into desired slices & serve!

Bareek cheeni aur grinded pista dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur pot ki sides chornay tak paka lein (approx. 5-6 minutes).
Stuffing ko do hisson mein divide ker lein (3/4th & 1/3rd).
1/3rd part mein green food color dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
White part ko rolling board per rakh ker haath ki madad sa thick layer bana lein.
Green color part ko roll ker lein aur white part ka upper rakh ker siwss roll ki tarhan roll ker lein.
Butter paper mein wrap karein aur 15 minutes kliya refrigerate ker lein.-Desired slices mein cut ker ka serve karein!
