On a griddle,add ghee & let it melt.
Add garlic,mix well and fry until light golden.
Add mutton liver,mix well & fry on medium flame for 8-10 minutes.
Move mutton liver on one side of the griddle.
Now add tomatoes,green chillies,mix well & cook for 2 minutes.
Add salt,turmeric powder,cumin powder,coriander seeds,mix well & cook until tomatoes are soft (4-5 minutes).
Now mix cooked mutton liver with tomatoes and mix well.
Garnish with green chilli & serve hot.

Kaleji dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur darmiyani ancch per 8-10 minutes kliya paka lein.
Kaleji ko tawa ki ek side per rakh dein.
Ab tamatar aur hari mirchein dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 2 minute kliya paka lein.
Namak,haldi powder,zeera powder aur sabut dhania dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur tamatar naram ho jay tak paka lein (4-5 minutes).
Ab cooked kaleji ko tamatar ka saath ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Hari mirch sa garnish ker ka garam serve karein.
