In a bowl,grate onions with the help of grater and squeeze well to remove excess water & set aside.
In a chopper,add beef & chop well.
Add beef fat & chop again.
Add grated onion,ginger garlic paste,salt,coriander powder,red chilli powder,cumin powder,cinnamon powder,cardamom powder,baking soda and ghee,chop until well combined & marinate for 1-2 hours in refrigerator.
In a bowl,add eggs,orange food color & whisk well.
With the help of wet hand,take a mixture and thread on metal skewers then coat with whisked eggs (makes 17-18).
Grill on charcoal or grill pan until done.
Serve with Tamarind sauce.

Chopper mein beef dal ker ache tarhan chop ker lein.
Charbi dal ker dubara chop ker lein.
Grated pyaz,adrak lehsan paste,namak,dhania powder,lal mirch powder,zeera powder, darchini powder,elaichi powder,baking soda aur ghee dal ker ache tarhan chop karein aur 1-2 hours kliya refrigerator mein marinate ker lein.
Bowl mein anday aur zarda ka rang dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein.
Geelay haath ki madad sa mixture lein aur metal skewer per laga lein aur pheetay hoye anday sa coat ker lein (makes 17-18).
Koyla ya grill pan per grill ker lein.
Tamarind sauce ka saath serve karein.
