Ingredients:
- Water 4 cups (enough to dip chicken pieces)
- Namak (Salt) 1 tbs
- Sugar 2 tbs
- Sirka (Vinegar) 2 tbs
- Hari mirch (Green chilli) paste 1 tbs
- Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 & ½ tbs
- Chicken pieces (small to medium size) 6-8 (1kg)
- Maida (All-purpose flour) sifted 2 Cups
- Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) 1 tsp or as to taste
- Oregano powder 1 tsp
- Mustard powder 2 tbs
- Baking powder ½ tsp
- Lehsan powder (Garlic powder) ½ tbs
- Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste
- Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) 1 tsp
- Baking soda ½ tsp
- Water 1 Cup
- Hot sauce ¼ Cup
- Anday (Eggs) whisked 3
- Non-stick spray
Directions:
In a bowl,add water,salt,sugar,vinegar,green chilli paste,ginger garlic paste & mix well.
Add chicken pieces,mix well & marinate for 4 hours to overnight in refrigerator.
In a bowl,add all-purpose flour,red chilli powder,oregano powder,mustard powder,baking powder, garlic powder,salt,black pepper powder,baking soda & mix well.
-In another bowl,add water,hot sauce,eggs & whisk well.
Now takeout chicken pieces from marination & coat well with dry flour mixture.
Now dip in eggs mixture & again coat well with dry flour mixture & shake off lightly to create the flakes.
Spray the chicken pieces with non-stick oil spray on all sides.
Preheat air fryer at 180C for 3 minutes.
Place chicken pieces in the basket of air fryer and air fry at 180C for 25-30 minutes.
Serve crispy air fried chicken with sauce & salad.

Bowl mein pani,namak,cheeni,sirka,hari mirch paste aur adrak lehsan paste dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Chicken pieces dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 2 hours or overnight kliya refrigerator mein marinate ker len.
Bowl mein maida,lal mirch powder,oregano powder,mustard powder,baking powder,lehsan powder,namak,kali mirch powder aur baking soda dal ker ache tarha mix ker len.
Alag bowl mein pani,hot sauce aur anday dal ker ache tarhan whisk karen.
Chicken pieces ko marination sa nikal len aur dry flour mixture mein ache tarhan coat ker len.
Ab andon ka mixture mein dip karein aur dubara dry flour mixture mein coat ker lein aur lightly shake karein ta ka flakes bun jayein.
Chicken pieces la tamam sides per non-stick oil spray ker len.
Air fryer ko 180C per 3 minutes kliya air fryer ker len.
Chicken pieces ko air fryer ka basket mein rakh dein aur 180C per 25-30 minutes kliya air fryer ker lein.
Crispy air fried chicken ko sauce & salad ka sath serve karen.
