Perfect Chocolate Cake In A Microwave

Ingredients:

Prepare Cake in Microwave:

-Anday (Eggs) 2

-Sunflower cooking oil 100ml

-Vanilla essence 1 tsp

-Bareek cheeni (Caster sugar) ¾ Cup

-Maida (All-purpose flour) 140g (1 Cup & 2 tbs)

-Cocoa powder 3 tbs

-Baking powder ½ tbs

-Himalayan pink salt 1 pinch

-Hot water ½ Cup (125ml)

Prepare Frosting:

-Semi sweetened dark chocolate chopped 300g

-Cream 300ml (room temperature)

-Makhan (Butter) 40g

-Himalayan pink salt 1 pinch

-Ice cubes as required

-Icing sugar 3 tbs

-Sugar syrup

 

Directions:

Prepare Cake in Microwave:

-In a jug,add eggs,sunflower cooking oil,vanilla essence,caster sugar & whisk well.

-Place a sieve on the jug,add all-purpose flour,cocoa powder,baking powder,pink salt,sift together & mix well.

-Add hot water & mix until well combined.Don’t over mix the batter.

-Pour cake batter on 9” silicon cake pan greased with butter & lined with butter paper.

-Use glass,silicon & microwave safe pans only.

-Don’t use meatl,alumininium or steel pans in microwave.

-If using silicon pan,keep a flat plate at bottom for even baking.

-Bake in microwave oven on high power level 5 for 7-8 minutes or until skewer comes out clean.

-Bake another cake with same method.

-Take out from microwave oven,cover with kitchen towel for 15 minutes than remove the cake from silicon cake pan.

Prepare Frosting:

-In a bowl,add dark chocolate,cream,butter & pink salt.  

-Microwave for 2 minutes at powder level 4.

-Take out the bowl & mix well.

-Microwave again for 1-2 minutes at powder level 4.

-Mix until well smooth & let it cool at room temperature.

-In a large bowl,add ice cubes,place ganache bowl on it.

-Add icing sugar,beat until it changes color & forms stiff peaks than transfer to a piping bag.

-Place first layer of cake on cake stand & add sugar syrup on it.

-Now add & spread prepared frosting with the help of spatula.

-Place another layer of cake & add sugar syrup.

-Add & spread prepared frosting & cover the sides of the cake with frosting.
