Ingredients:
-Tamatar (Tomatoes) 6 medium (400g)
-Olive oil 1 tbs
-Thai red chillies 3
-Lehsan (Garlic) cloves 7-8
-Namak (Salt) to taste
-Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed to taste
-Olive oil 1 tbs
-Olper’s cream 1 Cup (room temperature)
-Tomato paste 2 tbs
-Chicken stock 1 & ½ Cup
-Olive oil 2 tbs
-Chicken julienne cut 350g
-Lehsan powder (Garlic powder) ½ tsp
-Paprika powder 1 tsp
-Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ½ tsp
-Lemon juice ½ tbs
-Olive oil 2 tbs
-Pyaz (Onion) chopped 1 medium
-Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed ½ tsp
-Paprika powder 1 tsp
-Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste
-Dried oregano ½ tsp
-Dried basil ½ tsp
-Fresh parsley chopped
-Penne pasta 300-400g (boiled with salt)
-Fresh parsley chopped
Directions:
-Cut tomatoes in half & place them on a baking tray.
-Drizzle olive oil & flip the side of tomatoes.
-Add thai red chillies (remove stem),garlic,salt,black pepper crushed & drizzle olive oil.
-Bake in preheated oven at 190C for 30 minutes.
-Takeout from the oven & let it cool completely.
-In a blender jug,add roasted tomatoes,cream,tomato paste & chicken stock,blend well & set aside.
-In a wok,add olive oil,chicken & mix well until it changes color.
-Add garlic powder,paprika powder,salt,black pepper powder,lemon juice,mix well & cook on medium flame for 4-5 minutes & reserve for later use.
-In the same wok,add olive oil,onion & fry until light golden.
-Add blended paste,mix well & cook on medium flame for 2-3 minutes.
-Add black pepper crushed,paprika powder,salt,dried oregano,dried basil,fresh parsley & mix well.
-Add boiled penne pasta,cooked chicken & give it a good mix.
-Garnish with fresh parsley & serve!

-Karahi mein olive oil aur chicken dal dein aur rang tabdeel ho janay tak ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Lehsan powder,paprika powder,namak,kali mirch powder aur lemon juice dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur darmiyani ancch per 4-5 minutes kliya paka lein & bad mein use kernay kliya side per rakhd ein.
-Us he karahi mein olive oil aur pyaz dal dein aur light golden ho janay tak fry ker lein.
-Blended paste dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur darmiyani ancch per 2-3 minutes kliya paka lein.
-Kali mirch crushed,paprika powder,namak,dried oregano,dried basil aur fresh parsley dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Boiled penne pasta aur cooked chicken dal ker mix ker lein.
