In a spice mixer add red chilli powder, lemon salt, cumin seeds, garlic powder, dried parsley, black pepper powder, salt & grind well to make fine powder. Spice mix seasoning is ready. Set aside.
In boiling water add oil, salt, pasta & let it boil for 9-10 minutes. (Boil as per packet instructions.) Strain & set aside.
In a bowl add boiled pasta, all purpose flour, cover and toss so that flour coats well.
In a wok heat oil & add flour coated pasta. Fry on medium flame until golden & crispy. Strain & set aside.
In a bowl add fried pasta, spice mix seasoning, cover & toss well.
Spicy pasta crackers are ready to serve!
Can be stored in an air tight jar for up to 2 weeks.
Spice mixer may lal mirch powder, tatri, zeera, lehsan powder, sookha parsley, kali mirch powder, namak daal kar achi tarah pees len. Spice mix seasoning ready hai.

Fried pasta ko chaan kar aik dabay may daal den or prepared spice mix seasoning daal kar dhakan laga den. Ab isko achi tarah toss karen.
