Ingredients:
- Char maghaz (Mixed melon seeds) 1/4 Cup
- Safed til (Sesame seeds) 3 tbs
- Desi ghee 2-3 tbs
- Phool makhanay (Lotus seeds) 1 Cup
- Desi ghee 2-3 tbs
- Gond (Edible gum) ½ Cup
- Desi ghee 3-4 tbs
- Kaju (Cashew nuts) 1 Cup
- Badam (Almonds) 1 Cup
- Pista (Pistachios) 1 Cup
- Desi ghee 4-5 tbs
- Chakki ka atta (Whole wheat flour) sifted 3 Cups
- Sabut kali mirch (Black peppercorns) 1-2 tbs
- Brown or White Sugar 1 Cup
Directions:
In frying pan,add mixed melon seeds,sesame seeds and dry roast until fragrant & set aside.
In wok,add desi ghee and let it melt.
Add lotus seeds and fry for 1 minute & take out in a bowl.
Add desi ghee and let it melt.
Add edible gum and fry on low flame until it puffs up and keep stirring in between & take out in a bowl.
In wok,add desi ghee and let it melt.
Add cashew nuts and fry until light golden & take out in a bowl.
Add almonds and fry for 1-2 minutes & take out in a bowl.
Add pistachio and fry for 30 seconds & take out in a bowl.
Add desi ghee and let it melt.
Add whole wheat flour,mix continuously and roast on low flame for 18-20 minutes or until it changes color & let it cool.
In chopper,add fried nuts mixture,chop coarsely & set aside.
In spice mixer,add black peppercorns and grind coarsely & set aside.
In spice mixer,add brown sugar & grind well.
In roasted flour,add ground brown sugar,ground black pepper and mix well.
Add chopped nuts mixture,roasted mixed melon & sesame seeds and mix until well combined.
Can be stored in an airtight container for up to 1 month.

Karhai mein desi ghee dal ker melt ker lein.
Gond dal dein aur halki ancch per puffed hunay tak fry ker lein aur bech bech mein chamcha chalatay rahein & bowl mein nikal lein.
Karhai mein desi ghee dal ker melt ker lein.
Kaju dal ker light golden hunay tak fry ker lein & bowl mein nikal lein.
Badam dal ker 1-2 minutes kliya fry ker lein & bowl mein nikal lein.
Pista dal ker 30 seconds kliya fry ker lein & bowl mein nikal lein.
Karhai mein desi ghee dal ker melt ker lein.
Chakki ka atta dal dein aur halki ancch per 18-20 minutes ya color change hunay tak roast ker lein aur musalsal chamcha chalatay rahein & thanda ker lein.
Chopper mein fried nuts mixture dal ker coarsely chop ker lein & side per rakh dein.
Spice mixer mein sabut kali mirch dal ker coarsely grind ker dein & side per rakh dein.
Spice mixer mein brown sugar dal ker ache tarhan grind ker lein.
Roasted atta mein ground brown sugar aur ground kali mirch dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Chopped nuts mixture,roasted char maghaz & safed til dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
1 month tak airtight container mein store ker saktay han.
