Ingredients:
-Pyaz (Onion) 1 medium
-Hari mirch (Green chillies) 2
-Water ¼ Cup or as required
-Cooking oil 3-4 tbs
-Adrak (Ginger) chopped 1 tbs
-Lehsan (Garlic) chopped 1 tbs
-Chicken boneless cubes 600g
-Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste
-Doodh (Milk) ½ Cup
-Zeera (Cumin seeds) roasted & crushed 1 tsp
-Safed mirch powder (White pepper powder) ½ tsp
-Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed ½ tsp
-Garam masala powder ½ tsp
-Jaifil powder (Nutmeg powder) ¼ tsp
-Khopra (Desiccated coconut) 2 tbs
-Shimla mirch (Capsicum) julienne ½ Cup
-Pyaz (Onion) thick slices ½ Cup
-Cream ½ Cup
-Cheddar cheese grated ½ Cup
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped 1 tbs
-Ghee (Clarified butter) 1 tbs
-Hari mirch (Green chilli) sliced 1-2
-Cheese triangles
-Hari mirch (Green chilli) sliced
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped
Directions:
-In a chopper,add onion,green chillies,water,chop well & set aside.
-In a wok,add cooking oil,ginger,garlic & sauté for a minute.
-Add chicken & mix well until it changes color.
-Add salt,mix well & cook on medium flame for 2-3 minutes.
-Add onion & green chilli paste,mix well & cook until it dries up (10-12 minutes).
-Add milk,cumin seeds,white pepper powder,black pepper crushed,garam masala powder,nutmeg powder,desiccated coconut,mix well & cook for 4-5 minutes.
-Add capsicum,onion & mix well.
-On low flame,add cream,cheddar cheese & mix well.
-Add fresh coriander & mix well,cover & cook on low flame for 10-12 minutes.
-In a clay pot,add clarified butter & let it melt.
-Add green chilli & mix well.
-Add paneer reshmi chicken & cheese triangles.
-Garnish with green chilli,fresh coriander & serve with 7up!

-Karahi mein cooking oil,lehsan aur adrak dal dein aur ek minute kliya sauté ker lein.
-Chicken dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur rang tabdeel ho jay tak ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Namak dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur darmiyani ancch per 2-3 minutes kliya paka lein.
-Pyaz & green chilli paste dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur sukh janay tak paka lein (10-12 minutes).
-Doodh,zeera,safed mirch powder,kali mirch crushed,garam masala powder,jaifil powder aur khopra dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 4-5 minutes kliya paka lein.
-Shimla mirch aur pyaz dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Halki ancch per cream aur cheddar cheese dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Hara dhania dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur dhak ker halki ancch per 10-12 minutes kliya paka lein.
-Clay pot mein ghee dal ker melt ker lein.
-Hari mirch dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
-Paneer reshmi chicken aur cheese triangles dal dein.
-Hari mirch aur hara dhania sa garnish ker lein aur 7up ka saath serve karein.
