Ingredients:
-Sabut dhania (Coriander seeds) ½ tbs
-Zeera (Cumin seeds) ½ tbs
-Sabut kali mirch (Black peppercorns) ½ tsp
-Hari elaichi (Green cardamom) 2
-Ajwain (Carom seeds) ¼ tsp
-Laung (Cloves) 2
-Javitri (Mace) 1 piece
-Darchini (Cinnamon stick) 1
-Kashmiri lal mirch (Kashmiri red chillies) 2
-Cottage cheese 300g
-Cooking oil 2-3 tbs
-Cooking oil ¼ Cup
-Pyaz (Onion) paste 1 Cup
-Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 tbs
-Tamatar (Tomato) puree 1 Cup
-Namak (Salt) 1 & ½ tsp or to taste
-Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) 1 tsp or to taste
-Haldi powder (Turmeric powder) 1 tsp
-Water ½ Cup or as required
-Safed cholay (Chickpeas) boiled 1 & ½ Cup
-Water 1 & ½ Cup or as required
-Hari mirch (Green chillies) 3-4
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped
Directions:
-In a frying pan,add coriander seeds,cumin seeds,black peppercorns,green cardamom,carom seeds, cloves,mace,cinnamon stick,Kashmiri red chillies & dry roast on medium flame until fragrant (1-2 minutes).
-Let it cool.
-in spice mixer,add roasted spices,grind to make powder & set aside.
-Cut cottage cheese into small cubes & set aside.
-In a pot,add cooking oil,cottage cheese & fry on medium flame until light golden & set aside.
-In the same pan,add cooking oil,onion paste & cook on medium flame for 3-4 minutes.
-Add ginger garlic paste,tomato puree,salt,red chilli powder,turmeric powder,ground spices,mix well & cook for 2-3 minutes.
-Add water & mix well,cover & cook on medium flame for 4-5 minutes.
-Add boiled chickpeas & mix well.
-Add water & mix well,cover & cook on low flame for 8-10 minutes.
-Add cottage cheese cubes & mix gently.
-Add green chillies,fresh coriander,cover & cook on low flame for 2-3 minutes & serve!

-Thanda ker lein.
-Spice mixer mein roasted spices dal dein aur grind ker ka powder tayyar ker lein & side per rakh dein.
-Cottage cheese ko small cubes mein cut ker lein & side per rakh lein.
-Pot mein cooking oil aur cottage cheese dal ker darmiyani ancch per light golden ho janay tak fry ker lein & side per rakh dein.
-Us he frying pan mein cooking oil aur pyaz paste dal ker darmiyani ancch per 3-4 minutes kliya paka lein.
-Adrak lehsan paste,tomato puree,namak,lal mirch powder,haldi powder aur ground spices dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 2-3 minutes kliya paka lein.
-Pani dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur dhak ker darmiyani ancch per 4-5 minutes kliya paka lein.
-Boiled chanay dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
-Pani dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur dhak ker darmiyani ancch per 8-10 minutes kliya paka lein
-Cottage cheese cubes dal ker gently mix ker lein.
-Hari mirchein aur hara dhania dal ker dhak dein aur halki ancch per 2-3 minutes kliya paka lein & serve karein!
