Ingredients
-Water 2 Cups or as required
-Himalayan pink salt 1 tsp or to taste
-Mutton chops 10-12 (750g)
-Maida (All-purpose flour) 1 & ½ tbs
-Paprika powder 1 tsp
-Dried thyme 1 tsp
-Himalayan pink salt ½ tsp or to taste
-Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) 1 tsp or to taste
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) 1 tsp
-Cooking oil 1 tsp
-Nurpur Butter salted 50g
-Lehsan (Garlic) chopped 2 tsp
-Fresh rosemary 2 twigs
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped
Directions:
-In a wok,add water,pink salt & mix well.
-Add mutton chops & bring it to boil,cover & cook on low flame until chops are tender (30-40 minutes) than cook on high flame until moisture is dried.
-Let it cool.
-In a bowl,add all-purpose flour,paprika powder,dried thyme,pink salt,red chilli powder,black pepper powder & mix well.
-Coat boiled mutton chops in prepared spice mix & set aside.
-In a frying pan,add cooking oil,butter & let it melt.
-Add garlic & mix well.
-Add rosemary & sauté for 30 seconds.
-Add spice coated mutton chops & fry on low flame from both sides until golden brown.
-Pour spiced butter on mutton chops,garnish with fresh coriander & serve with mashed potatoes & sautéed vegetables!

-Thanda ker lein.
-Bowl mein maida,paprika powder,dried thyme,pink salt,lal mirch powder aur kali mirch powder dal ker ache tarahn mix ker lein.
-Boiled mutton chops ko tayyar spice mix sa ache tarhan coat ker lein & side per rakh dein.
-Frying pan mein cooking oil aur makhan dal ker melt ker lein.
-Lehsan dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
-Rosemary dal ker 30 seconds kliya sauté ker lein.
-Spice coated mutton chops dal dein aur halki ancch per dono sides sa golden brown ho Janay tak fry ker lein.
-Spiced makhan ko mutton chops per pour ker lein aur hara dhania sa garnish ker ka mashed potatoes & sautéed vegetables ka saath serve karein.
