In bowl,add all-purpose flour,semolina,ghee,salt and mix well.
Gradually add water and knead until firm dough is formed.
Cover and let it rest for 15-20 minutes.
Grease hand with oil and knead dough again until smooth.
Take a small dough and make a ball,sprinkle flour and roll out dough with the help of rolling pin & prick with fork (makes 7-8).
In wok,heat cooking oil and fry until golden & crispy.
Bowl mein maida,sooji,ghee aur namak dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Thora thora ker ka pani shamil karein aur ghond ker firm dough tayyar ker lein.
Dhak ker 15-20 minutes kliya rakh dein.
Haath ko oil sa grease karein aur dough ko smooth hunay tak dubara ghond lein.
Chota dough lein aur ball bana lein,maida chirak ker rolling pin ki madad sa dough ko bail lein aur fork ki madad sa prick karein (makes 7-8).
Karhai mein cooking oil garam karein aur golden & crispy hunay tak fry ker lein.
