Ingredients:
- Olive oil 1 tbs
- Lehsan (Garlic) chopped 1 & ½ tbs
- Adrak (Ginger) chopped 1 tbs
- Hara pyaz (Green onion) white part ¼ Cup
- Mushrooms sliced ½ Cup
- Instant oats ½ Cup
- Yakhni (Stock) low sodium 3 Cups or as required
- Tomato paste 1 & ½ tbs
- Matar (Peas) ¼ Cup
- Gajar (Carrots) ¼ Cup
- Shimla mirch (Capsicum) cubes 1 medium
- Band gobhi (Cabbage) chopped 1 Cup
- Pink salt ½ tsp or to taste
- Haldi powder (Turmeric powder) 2 pinches
- Zeera powder (Cumin powder) ½ tsp
- Hara pyaz (Green onion) leaves ¼ Cup
- Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed ½ tsp
- Lemon juice 1 tbs
- Podina (Mint leaves) chopped 1 tbs
- Hara pyaz (Green onion) leaves chopped
Directions:
In a pot,add olive oil,garlic,ginger,green onion white part,mix well & sauté for 1 minute.
Add mushrooms & mix well.
Add instant oats and mix well for 1 minute.
Add stock & mix well.
Add tomato paste,peas,carrots,capsicum,cabbage,pink salt,turmeric powder,cumin powder,mix well & bring it to boil.
Add green onion leaves,cover partially & cook on medium low flame for 12-15 minutes.
Add black pepper crushed,lemon juice & mix well.
Add mint leaves and mix well.
Garnish with green onion leaves,lemon wedges & serve hot!

Directions:
Pot mein olive oil,lehsan,adrak aur hara pyaz white part dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 1 minute kliya sauté ker lein.
Mushrooms dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
Instant oats dal ker 1 minute kliya ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Yakhni shamil karein aur ache tarhan mix karein.
Tomato paste,matar,gajar,shimla mirch,band gobhi,pink salt,haldi powder aur zeera powder dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur uabl anay dein.
Hara pyaz leaves dal ker dhak dein aur halki ancch per 12-15 minutes kiya paka lein.
Kali mirch crushed aur lemin juice dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
Podina dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Hara pyaz aur lemon wedges sa garnish ker lein aur garam serve karein!
