Ingredients:
- Instant oats 1 Cup
- Chakki ka atta (Whole wheat flour) 1/3 Cup
- Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) 1 tsp
- Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste
- Dried parsley 1 tsp
- Lehsan powder (Garlic powder) ½ tsp
- Dahi (Yogurt) ¼ Cup
- Hari mirch (Green chili) 1
- Pani (Water) 1 Cup or as required
- Gajar (Carrot) grated ½ Cup
- Shimla mirch (Capsicum) chopped ¼ Cup
- Yellow bell pepper chopped ¼ Cup
- Bund gobhi (Cabbage) grated ½ Cup
- Hara pyaz (Green onion) chopped 2 tbs
- Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) 1 tbs
- Baking soda ¼ tsp
- Olive oil 1 tsp
Yogurt Ranch Sauce:
- Doodh (Milk) ½ Cup
- Sirka (Vinegar) 1 tsp
- Dahi (Yogurt) 1 Cup
- Lehsan (Garlic) 2 cloves
- Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed ¼ tsp
- Dried parsley 1 tsp
- Hara pyaz (Green onion) leaves 1 tbs
- Namak (Salt) ¼ tsp or to taste
Directions:
In grinder,add instant oats,whole wheat flour,black pepper powder,salt,dried parsley,garlic powder, yogurt,green chili,water and grind well.
In bowl,add grinded mixture,carrot,capsicum,yellow bell pepper,cabbage,green onion,fresh coriander and mix well.
Add baking soda,mix well & set aside.
In frying pan,add olive oil and pour prepared batter and cook on low flame from both sides until done (makes 6-7).
For Yogurt Ranch Sauce:
In blender jar,add milk,vinegar,mix well and let it rest for 3 minutes.
Add yogurt,garlic,black pepper crushed,dried parsley,green onion leaves,salt and blend until well combined.

Grinder mein instant oats,chakki ka atta,kali mirch powder,namak,dried parsley,lehsan powder,dahi, hari mirch aur pani dal ker ache tarhan grind ker lein.
Bowl mein grinded mixture,gajar,shimla mirch,yellow bell pepper,bund gobhi,hara pyaz aur hara dhania dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Baking soda dal ker ache tarhan mix karein & side per rakh dein.
Frying pan mein olive oil dal ker tayyar mixture pour ker lein aur halki ancch per dono sides sa paka lein (makes 6-7).
For Yogurt Ranch Sauce:
Blender jar mein doodh aur sirka dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 3 minutes kliya chor dein.
Dahi,lehsan,kali mirch crushed,dried parsley,hara pyaz aur namak dal ker ache tarhan blend ker lein.
