Ingredients:
- Mash daal (White lentil) ½ Cup (washed & soaked overnight)
- Chana daal (Split chickpeas) ½ Cup (washed & soaked overnight)
- Moong daal (Split yellow lentil) ½ Cup (washed & soaked overnight)
- Masoor daal (Split orange lentil) ½ Cup (washed & soaked overnight)
- Pani (Water) 4-5 Cups or as required
- Instant oats 1 & ½ Cups
- Pani (Water) 1 & ½ Cups or as required
- Hari elaichi (Green cardamom) 4-5
- Badi elaichi (Black cardamom) 2
- Baadiyan ka phool (Star anise) 2
- Darchini (Cinnamon sticks) 2-3
- Sabut kali mirch (Black peppercorns) 8-10
- Zeera (Cumin seeds) ½ tbs
- Saunf (Fennel seeds) ½ tbs
- Tez paat (Bay leaf) 2
- Lal mirch powder (Red chili powder) 2 tbs or to taste
- Haldee powder (Turmeric powder) 1 & ½ tsp
- Jaifil powder (Nutmeg powder) ¼ tsp
- Javatri powder (Mace powder) ¼ tsp
- Salt or Pink Salt ½ tbs or to taste
- Oli of your choice ¼ Cup
- Pyaz (Onion) sliced 2 medium
- Lehsan (Garlic) crushed 1 tbs
- Adrak (Ginger) crushed 1 tbs
- Chicken boneless cubes ½ kg
- Prepared spice mix 2-3 tbs or to taste
- Dahi (Yogurt) whisked 1 Cup
- Pani (Water) 2 Cups
- Salt or Pink salt to taste
- Pani (Water) 1 Cup (if required for desired consistency)
Assembling:
- Hara dhania (Fresh coriander)
- Adrak (Ginger) julienne
- Lemon juice
- Chaat masala
Directions:
In pot,add white lentil,split chickpeas,split yellow lentil,split orange lentil and water,mix well and bring it to boil,cover & cook on low flame until lentils are done (approx. 45 minutes).
Add instant oats and mix well.
Add water and mix well,cover and cook on low flame for 10-12 minutes & keep stirring in between.
In spice mixer,add green cardamom,black cardamom,star anise,cinnmom sticks,black peppercorns, cloves,cumin seeds,fennel seeds,bay leaves and grind to make a fine powder.
In bowl,add grinded powder,red chili powder,turmeric powder,nutmeg powder,mace powder,salt or pink salt and mix well.Daleem spice mix is ready!
In wok,add oil,onion,mix well and fry until onion are brown.
Add garlic,ginger and mix well.
Add chicken,mix well until chicken changes color.
Now add prepared spice mix and mix well.
Add yogurt,mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Add water,mix well and bring it to boil,cover and cook on low flame for 8-10 minutes.
In boiled lentils & oats,add prepared chicken qorma and mix well.
Add pink salt and mix well.
Switch off the flame,blend the whole mixture with the help of the blender.
Switch on the flame,add water and mix well,cook until desired consistency.
For assembling:
In serving bowl,add oats & lentil daleem,fresh coriander,ginger,lemon juice,chaat masala & serve.

Pot mein mash daal,chana daal,moong daal,masoor daal aur pani dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur ubal anay ka bad dhak dein aur halki ancch per daalein gul janay tak paka lein (approx. 45 minutes).
Instant oats dal ker ache tarhna mix ker lein.
Pani shamil karein aur ache tarhan mix kerna ka bad dhak dein aur halki ancch per 10-12 minutes kliya paka lein aur bech bech mein chamcha chalatay rahein.
Spice mixer mein hari elaichi,badi elaichi,baadiyan ka phool,darchini,sabut kali mirch,laung,zeera,saunf aur tez paat dal dein aur grind ker ka fine powder tayyar ker lein.
Bowl mein grinded powder,lal mirch powder,haldee powder,jaifil powder,javatri powder aur salt or pink salt dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.Daleem spice mix tayyar hai!
Karhai mein oil aur pyaz dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur pyaz ko brown hunay tak fry ker lein.
Lehsan aur garlic dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Chicken dal dein aur chicken ka rang tabdeel hunay tak ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Ab tayyar spice mix dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Dahi dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 2-3 minutes kliya paka lein.
Pani dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur ubal anay ka bad dhak dein aur halki ancch per 8-10 minutes kliya paka lein.
Boiled daalein & oats mein tayyar chicken qorma dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Namak or Pink salt dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
Chulha bund ker dein aur hand blender ki madad sa mixture ko ache tarhan blend ker lein.
Chulha on karein aur pani dal ker ache tarhan karein aur aur desired consistency tak paka lein.
For assembling:
Serving bowl mein oats & lentil daleem,hara dhania,adrak,lemon juice aur chaat masala dal ker serve karein.
