Ingredients:
-Doodh (Milk) warm 125ml (½ Cup)
-Bareek cheeni (Caster sugar) 1 tbs
-Khameer (Instant yeast) 3 tsp
-Anda (Egg) 1
-Bareek cheeni (Caster sugar) 1 & ½ tbs
-Namak (Salt) ½ tsp
-Maida (All-purpose flour) sifted 250g (1 & ½ Cup)
-Milk powder 2 tbs
-Makhan (Butter) 30g
-Cooking oil 1 tsp
-Nutella spread as required
-Anda (Egg) whisked 1
Directions:
-In a small jug,add warm milk,caster sugar,instant yeast & mix well,cover & let it proof for 5-10 minutes.
-In a bowl,add egg,caster sugar,salt,yeast mixture & whisk well.
-Add all-purpose flour,milk powder & mix well.
-Add butter,mix well & knead until dough is formed.
-Grease with cooking oil,cover & let it proof for 2 hours (warm place).
-Transfer the dough to a clean surface,stretch & knead the dough for 6-8 minutes.
-Sprinkle dry flour & roll out with the help of rolling pin.
-Add & spread nutella spread.
-Cut the dough in 2.5 inch thick 6 strips than stack up 2 strips on one strip & cut them in square pieces.
-On 3”x7” inch pan greased with butter,place bread pieces & tap few times,cover & let it rest for 30 minutes & apply egg wash with the help of brush.
Option # 1: Oven Baking
-Bake in preheated oven at 180C for 15 minutes or until skewer comes out clean.
Option # 2: Air frying
-Air fry in preheated air fryer at 180C for 12-15 minutes or until skewer comes out clean.
Option # 3: Pot Baking
-In a pot,place steam stand/wire rack,cover & preheat on medium flame for 10 minutes.
-Bake in pot on medium low flame for 15 minutes or until skewer comes out clean.
-Let it cool at room temperature.

-Maida aur milk powder dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
-Makhan dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur ghond ker dough tayyar ker lein.
-Cooking oil sa grease karein aur dhak ker 2 hours garam jagha per proof hunay kliya rakh dein.
-Dough ko 6-8 minutes kliya ache tarhan stretch & knead ker lein.
-Maida chirak dein aur rolling pin ki madad sa bail lein.
-Nutella spread dal ker pheela lein.
-Dough ko 2.5 inch thick 6 strips mein cut ker lein aur ek strip ko 2 strips ko upper stack up ker lein phir square pieces mein cut ker lein.
-3”x7”inch pan (greased with butter) mein bread pieces rakh dein aur few times tap karein aur brush ki madad sa anda laga lein.

Option # 2: Air frying
-Preheated air fryer mein 180C per 12-15 minutes ya skewer saf anay tak air fry ker lein.
Option # 3: Pot Baking
-Pot mein stream stand/wire rack rakh dein aur dhak ker darmiyani ancch per 10 minutes kliya preheat ker lein.
-15 minutes kliya darmiyani halki ancch per pot bake ker lein.
-Room temperature per thanda ker lein.
