Ingredients:
Prepare Chicken Floss:
-Chicken fillet 200g
-Hara pyaz (Spring onion) white part 2 bulbs
-Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 tbs
-Water 1 & ½ Cup
-Paprika powder 1 tsp
-Tikka masala 1 tsp
-Soy sauce 1 tbs
Prepare Mayo Spread:
-Mayonnaise ½ Cup
-Gajar (Carrot) chopped ¼ Cup
-Corn kernels boiled & chopped ¼ Cup
-Hara pyaz (Spring onion) leaves chopped ½ Cup
-Himalayan pink salt ¼ tsp or to taste
-Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed ¼ tsp
Prepare Bread:
-Water ¼ Cup
-Doodh (Milk) ¼ Cup
-Maida (All-purpose flour) ¼ Cup
-Doodh (Milk) warm 1/3 Cup (80ml)
-Bareek cheeni (Caster sugar) 1 tbs
-Khameer (Instant yeast) 2 tsp
-Maida (All-purpose flour) sifted 300g
-Milk powder ¼ Cup (25g)
-Himalayan pink salt 1 pinch
-Anda (Egg) 1
-Makhan (Butter) 30g
-Cooking oil 1 tsp
-Anday ki zardi (Egg yolk) 1
-Doodh (Milk) 1 tbs
-Makhan (Butter) soft as required
Directions:
Prepare Chicken Floss:
-In a saucepan,add chicken fillet,spring onion,ginger garlic paste,water,mix well & bring it to boil,cover & cook on medium flame until chicken is tender than cook on high flame until water dries up.
-Let it cool,shred chicken into fine & long threads like a floss.
-In a wok,add shredded chicken,paprika powder,tandoori masala,soy sauce,mix well & cook on low flame for 10-12 minutes & set aside.
Prepare Mayo Spread:
-In a bowl,add mayonnaise,carrot,corn kernels,spring onion,pink salt,black pepper crushed,mix well & set aside.
Prepare Bread:
-In a frying pan,add water,milk,all-purpose flour & mix well,turn on the flame & cook on very low flame until it thickens & dough is formed (stir continuously).
-Transfer the mixture to a bowl,cover its surface with a cling film & let it cool completely.
-In a dough kneading machine,add milk,caster sugar,instant yeast,whisk well & let it proof for 5 minutes.
-Add all-purpose flour,milk powder,pink salt,egg,prepared flour paste & knead at normal speed for 5-6 minutes.
-Add butter & knead until smooth dough is formed (normal speed for 8-10 minutes).
-Grease dough with cooking oil,cover & let it proof for 1 hour (warm place).
-Transfer the dough to a clean working surface & knead dough for 2-3 minutes.
-Take a small dough (90g),make a ball,sprinkle dry flour & roll out into oval shape.
-Roll the bread in oval shape,pinch & seal the edges.
-Place them on a greased tray,cover with kitchen cloth & let them proof for 30 minutes.
-In a small bowl,egg yolk,milk,whisk well & brush the dough with egg yolk mixture.
Option # 1: Baking
-Bake in preheated oven at 170°C for 15 minutes (on lower grill).
Option # 2: Pot Bake
-In a pot,place steam rack,cover & preheat on medium flame for 10 minutes.
-Bake in pot on low flame until golden (20 minutes).
-After baking,brush butter on top & cover with kitchen cloth for 10 minutes.
-Cut bread from the center & fill with prepared mayo spread.
-Brush a thin layer of mayo spread on the top & sprinkle chicken floss (makes 7).

-Saucepan mein chicken fillet,hara pyaz,adrak lehsan paste aur pani dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur ubal anay ka bad dhak dein aur darmiyani ancch per chicken gul janay tak paka lein phir tez ancch per pani sukh janay tak paka lein.
-Thanda ker lein aur chicken ko fine & long threads mein shred ker lein.
-Karahi mein shredded chicken,paprika powder,tandoori masala aur soy sauce dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur halki ancch per 10-12 minutes kliya paka lein & side per rakh dein.
Prepare Mayo Spread:
-Bowl mein mayonnaise,gajar,corn kernels,hara pyaz,pink salt aur kali mirch crushed dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein & side per rakh dein.
Prepare Bread:
-Frying pan mein pani,doodh aur maida dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur chulha on kernay ka bad bohat halki ancch per garha aur dough bun janay tak paka lein (stir continuously).
-Mixture ko bowl mein nikal lein.surface ko cling film sa cover karein aur thanda ker lein.
-Dough kneading machine mein doodh,bareek cheeni aur khameer dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein aur 5 minute proof hunay kliya chor dein.
-Maida,milk powder,pink salt,anda aur tayyar flour paste dal dein aur normal speed per 5-6 minutes kliya knead ker lein.
-Makhan dal dein aur smooth dough bun janay tak ache tarhan ghond lein (normal speed for 8-10 minutes).
-Dough ko cooking oil sa grease karein aur dhak ker 1 hour garam jagha per proof hunay kliya rakh dein.
-Clean working surface per dough ko 2-3 minutes kliya ghond lein.
-Chota dough (90g) la ker ball bana lein,maida chirak dein aur oval shape mein bail lein.
-Bread ko oval shape mein bail lein aur edges ko pinch ker ka seal ker lein.
-Greased tray per rakh dein aur kitchen cloth sa cover ker ka 30 minutes kliya proof hunay kliya chor dein.
-Chotay bowl mein anday ki zardi aur doodh dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein aur dough ka upper brush ki madad sa laga lein.
Option # 1: Baking
-Preheated oven mein 170°C per 15 minute kliya bake ker lein (on lower grill).
Option # 2: Pot Bake
-Pot mein steam rack rakh ker cover ker lein aur darmiyani ancch per 10 minutes kliya preheat ker lein.
-Pot mein halki ancch per golden ho janay tak bake ker lein (20 minutes).
-Baking ka bad butter laga lein aur kitchen towel sa cover ker ka 10 minutes kliya chor dein.
-Bread ko center mein sa cut ker lein aur tayyar mayo spread bhar dein.
-Top per mayo spread ki thin layer laga ker chicken floss laga lein (makes 7).
